On behalf of my 80 year old mother who ordered this product, I write this review. Her $14.99 order turned out to be $92.79. She was charged $40.87 shipping for a small package, regular ground from Calif. to Nevada. We sent items back with a RMA# and are still waiting for refund. We are now disputing with credit card co. These people should not be allowed to do business.

This product doesn't work at all, it does not pick up moisture well and its leaves lint everywhere. Keep your shammy, it (of course) will do the job.

This is certainly not a shown on the commercial. They don't absorb as much as you say, they fall apart in the wash and the free duster is a joke. How the heck do you use it. Will never ever order from these infomercials again. There are too many other web sites with items as they describe and for half the cost. No more for m e.

Ok, I am a skeptic when it comes to "as seen on tv" products. Being a die hard car detailer since the age of 16 I saw the commercial for Zorbees towels/chamois over and over and thought that I would give them a try. Well I ordered them off of their website and thought all was fine. I thought wrong! After about a month I decided to contact the company and find out why I hadn't received my order. They claimed that something happened with the order blah blah blah and my package should be on the way. I thought ok, I have worked in retail for about 10 years so I understand mishaps like this. Another month rolls around and I decide I have had it and want my money back. After being bounced around to probably about 7 people I still could not get a refund. Then that week my package showed up! 2 months later! I was so mad by this point that I still wanted my money back. After thinking I was getting somewhere and speaking with so called "managers" that assured me my refund was being processed I was getting some closure in this matter. I thought wrong. After several repeated attempts to get my money back I had no luck. I contacted the Better Business Burea and learned that several others were having problems with the same company. The whole time I would walk through the kitchen and see the package I halfway still want to keep it so I could try them out. This all started at the beginning of September 2007. As of today being January 13, 2008 nothing has been done in this matter!!! I woke up this morning thinking that I might as well go ahead and open the package and use the towels. I got excited and opened them up... As soon as I felt what they were made of I had doubts that this would be better than my Absorber chamois/shammy. I was soooo right! This stupid piece of crap rag left streaks on my windows, not to mention I had to go back over the car several times to get the standing water that the rag left behind on the paint! I thought to myself that a regular cotton towel would work better than this! So I decided to try it! I sprayed the car back down again, went and got a clean towel and I wasn't the least bit surprised when the towel I use to dry off in my shower dried my car better than these stupid ass towels I paid 20 bucks for!! I want to spread the word that these people are crooks and should be locked up for all the people they are screwing over. Billy Mays can kiss my ass and I wish I could kick his ass!!! These shammy's are garbage, I ordered three sets to clean the soot off my walls these just smeared the dirt around, and then when I used them to wash the tile floors of my conservatoy, the towels completely disenegrated and left lint residue. Needless to say I gave the rest away to my nephew. No way do I recommend

This product is not worth the money. They leave lint and particles behind everywhere. I stuck them in the washer to see if that would help and got an orange mass of pieces! They are NOT washer friendly. I would never order this product again and would recommend to stay far, far away.

What a crappy product and to think I waited two months before mine arrived. Seems there was some problem with shipping (so I was told after several calls). Zorbeez cloths are not the least bit absorbant, and the "X27 fiber technology" (whatever that is) --is nothing more than pieces of felt! I would love to see Bills Mays use these on HIS windows for "a streak free shine." I can't even wipe down my shower! I can't believe that they have been getting away with selling this product and it is STILL advertised on TV! My advise: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! In case the star rating does not match what I've chosen, I did pick one (1) star which means the product sucks.

12/26/2007 - Christie of Missouri, USA writes:
Everything everyone else has said with one star is correct. I bought mine at [] and wasted $15. They might soak up water, but they don't dry. They leave object wet. The thin yellow ones are worthless. The large orange are better. Don't waste your money.

12/19/2007 - Gwen of Washington, USA writes:
This must be just about the worst case of false advertising I have ever seen. The Zorbees towels are actually just little squares of felt fabric, which do not absorb water whatsoever. I tried drying my dishes with them, and they just spread the water around while leaving little pieces of felt and hair behind on my plates. Please don't bother, it's a huge scam. I can't believe this sort of thing is legal.

I used your product today on my dog and to wipe the water up off the floor. It worked great for that.I then called my mother to brag about your product. She was so excited to hear.I then threw them in the washer, they fell apart.I bought 3 packages, one for me the other 2 for gifts. Now what am I suppose to do?I can't give them to my mother now. They work well for soaking up water, but don't last in the washer.I thought they were machine washable!?I can't even mark the stars I want,it fills it in for you on the comment page.

What a rip off is all I have to say. They don't absorb anything and like the previous review, just push water around. When you wash them, they shrink and fall apart. I agree, I think these are made out felt, like the kind kids use in kindergarten....Billy Mays must be living the good life, ripping everyone off.......

11/13/2007 - Josie of Arizona, USA writes:
I got my zorbeez wanting to clean all of my glass and was just so disappointed. It does not absorb it only spreads the liquid around. It was just awful, I couldn't even dry my counter with them. So so disappointing.

Ordered over the phone. Spent about 15 min declining other offers. Paid via credit card and received the product within 2 weeks. Not at all like depicted in the ad. The green bonus sponge was half the size and square, not bone shaped like the commercial. The towels were also really lousy. I think they are made from synthetic felt. Total P.O.S. product. Remember the wonder chamois? You stored it wet in a tube? Well that thing was much better at absorbing. Serves me right for buying a product sight-unseen from that bearded guy.

I tried these and they do nothing Billy Mays claims.I will never need the "Free Towels for life"because I threw mine away.I should have known better but I got suckered in on the hype.Oh well my fault.

Zorbeez is great. I can clean the kitchen, the bathroom and even my car. They are washable and resusable. Also the cleaning glove and the eyeglass cloth are handy as well.

I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. I ordered on 7/31, they charged my card the same day and I didn't receive the products as of today. I called their "Consumer Care" (yeah, right...) service to ask for a tracking number and they told me in a rude tone they do ship in bulk and do not have a tracking number. I wrote another complaint email today and I will call them up again. If they don't deliver or refund, I will escalate this matter to the highest level possible. THIEVES!

I ordered Zorbeez from the tv info mercial on June 20, 07. They charged my account right away but I never received the product. When I called customer service, I use the term loosely...I waited 30 minutes for my call to go through and was told because it had been past 45 days a re-shipment could not be done. I argued with the customer service rep. for at least 10 minutes with calmness asking what recourse I had and was told there was nothing he could do. I then said I can dispute the charge with my credit card company to get the charge removed, only then did the rep go to a "supervisor" coming back with an ok to re-ship. Do not deal with this company!

I ordered one and it does work. I poured a glass of water on my kitchen counter, layed one of these cloths on top and it sucked it right up. When you order you don't get a real person and do have to decline a bunch of additional products that they offer but it's easier to say no to a computer than a pushy operator. I like mine.

3/5/2007 - Mary of Kansas, USA writes:
These towels are not what they claim to be. They do NOT absorb water like advertised and were much smaller than expected. They are also very rough and stiff, even after you wash them. I tried the exact same experiment they did on tv and ended up with very different results. In the infomercial, they soak up spilled milk in a second but at home, the towel pushed around the liquid until it had been sitting on the liquid long enough to soak it up - just like a regular terry cloth towel. Plus, when you order you do not get a live person. Its a recording and you have decline about 10 offers before you can order the product. Please don't waste your money on this!
