Horrible. Just horrible. While I did receive the product in a timely manner, the product is seriously nothing but a number of large pieces of felt. Not absorbant, not at all what the infomercial shows. It seriously blows my mind that this company hasn't been sued and the product taken off the market...absolutely do. not. waste. your. money. Hopefully you'll find this site before I did...believe me...it's a scam.

Horrible - bought this for me and a fun gift for a friend. Read directions - said not to dry in dryer due to shrinkage - I don't care if they shrink. I washed them in washer and dryer and had a pilling mess. They push water around, not absorbed - how did this ever get on the market and how is it still ON the market!! Wish I had read the reviews before I bought!

I am not sure what they use to make these things, but they should use it for kindling for a fire as far as I am concerned. I ordered mine online and after they arrived I tried to use them while washing my car. Pieces of shit is what they are. I just went back to using my trusty chamois rather than these fucking things. If I ever see Billy Mays' loud, enthusiastic ass in person then I am going to kick the piss out of that bearded fuck!

I saw this informercial on tv and I thought it would be great especially since I have kids. Its really not that great and doesn't even work well. Now I'mm getting a new product almost every month and getting billed for it when I didn't even order anything! I went on www.bbb.com(better buisness bureau) and I'm going to file a complaint.
Never Received the Product

I saw the infomerical and thought Zorbeez would be a wonderful product for around the house. I ordered the product over 4 months ago and never received it but my Visa was charged the full amount. I've tried to track down a number to call to credit my Visa with no luck. Since reading the reviews, it seems this was a very bad product from a very deceitful company. It will be a long time before I ever purchase something on an infomercial again.
Zorbeez? No thanks!

They won't stop shipping me these and charging me for them - I have dozens of them now and I can't get them to stop. Product isn't as good as I expected and looks like overstock on some material they got for almost nothing that they figured out a use for. If I ever get them to stop sending them and charging me without my permission, I'll never do any business with them again.

This product was the biggest piece of crap I have ever bough except maybe the Mighty Putty crap this product did more of pushing water around the car rather than soaking water up. I think the blue shammy is 100% better than tyhis crappy Zorbeez do not buy unless you want to be disappointed.

My boyfriend saw the infomercial and was so excited about it that he saved the number into his phone. Luckily, we decided to order online after doing just a little bit of research on the product. I wish I would have done more and saved my thirty bucks. When they came in, we immediately wanted to try the "bowl of water" test. Unfortunately, it didn't absorb any of the water, but squished it out the sides of the bowl and made a mess (that I cleaned up with a regular cotton towel). I have a brand new puppy and she's not yet housebroken so I figured that the small towels would be great for soaking up her messes. I was wrong. Instead, it picks up the lint from the floor and whatever moisture it does pick up, it just sits in beads on the outside of the towel! I have to go behind it with paper towels! The only good part of this entire experience is I ordered them, paid an arm and a leg for standard shipping & handling and got them just one week later. I truly am disappointed in my mistake.

Horrible product, does not work at all. How is this company still in business??? I purchased this item through a catalog. I would send it back but I will spend more in un-reimbursed shipping costs thatn what's it's worth. They are not useable for anything that I can think of.
Zorbeez absorbs 27 times as much as paper towels!

I bought these at []. Thank God I only paid $5. What a rip-off. These things don't absorb anything. It's almost laughable. They are more water-proof than water absorbing, and leave lint all over to boot! Don't buy.

ORDERED ON THE PHONE. TOOK 23 MINUTES RESPONDING TO A RECORDED VOICE. TURNED DOWN ABOUT 10 OTHER SALES PITCHES BEFORE IT WAS OVER. DECLINED "FAST SHIPPING". STILL RECEIVED PRODUCT IN ABOUT ONE WEEK. WAS CHARGED $11.97 FOR STANDARD SHIPPING. I CAN'T BELIEVE THE COMPANY REALLY PAID THAT MUCH TO SEND IT THROUGH THE POSTAL SERVICE. USED ONE ZORBEEZ TOWEL TO DRY OFF MY CAR. IT SOAKED UP MOST OF THE WATER BUT DID NOT DRY IT. I HAD TO USE A REGULAR TOWEL TO FINISH THE JOB. AND IT LEFT A MESS OF ORANGE FIBERS ALL OVER THE CAR.

Zorbeez are a perfect example of if it sounds too good to be true it probably isn't. Ordered these on the website, waited 4 weeks and didn't get order so I called their "customer service" and was assured they would be reshipped. I waited 6 weeks and called back and was again assured they would reship. In the meantime Zorbeez appeared on the shelf at [] stores so I bought them there. I called back to "customer service" and canceled the order as was assured that it would be credited back to my credit card. They never credited it back and a few weeks later I received 2 order of the Zorbees in the mai. I called back and asked about returning them as I already has some. I was told I would have to pay to return them. I was charged over $13.00 for the postage on the original order. Oh, by the way the Zorbeez are less absorbent than common paper towels.

My wife and I bought the original of this product (NOT Zorbees) about 5 years ago and those worked great. We wanted some more and were excited when we saw the Zorbees Infomercial on tv. I ordered a single set from the automated system and spent the next 10 minutes refusing all of the other atempts to sell me more. When we received the product and opened up the package we were less than impressed. It just was not the same material as seen on tv and not the same as we had previously purchased. My wife did the bowl of water test and was not surprised when the stupid cloth failed to absorb the water. This is clearly a bait and switch infomercial. Please do not waste your time and money on the crappy product. If I could have I would have only given 1/2 of a star. It doesn't even deserve a "product sucks" rating.

This product is really not working.Actually ,it is making more mess.14.99 for product and 11.97 for shipping .Total 26.96 for100% garbage.I should find this reviews before I made the order .Can somebody give ADVICE how to get the money back from them.They did not have return policy.They definite know WHY!!!Even 1 star is too much for this garbage!!

I ordered this product in August 2007 and didn't receive it until November 2007. When I received my order it was not what was advertised. After receiving my order, I called four times to tell them that I did not received what was promised. I keep getting told that they will send the additional item and I still have not received it. I was very disappointed in the product - it just doesn't work. It doesn't absorb at all. I was very disappointed in the product and also in the company. Besides calling the customer service, I have also emailed the company several times and have never received a response. Do not waste your money.

I was watching tv with my boyfriend when the Zorbeez commercial came on. The product looked great! We have 2 large dogs who often create large messes so the product looked great to us! My boyfriend called the number and ordered. Then he had to decline numerous offers of other "great" products. (This was all a voice activated system, not a real person he was talking to.) He got frustrated and eventually just hung up. So, we weren't sure if the order ever finalized and we were even getting the product. It arrived yesterday. I was excited. I opened the package and found large squares of orange and yellow felt. I was disappointed. I knew that the product was junk. However, I kept my hopes up and put the product to the test. I tested a corner of the zorbeez in a glass of water. The water beaded up on the surface when I pulled it out of the water. NOT A GOOD SIGN!!! I found that the zorbeez does not suck up liquid out of a carpet as shown on the commercial. It does not wipe up spills on hard surfaces well. It leaves the surface wet and you have to use a paper towel anyway! I am very dissatisfied with this product! You can buy 8*12 sheets of felt at your [] for about $.10 each. You'd be better off to go this route.

Just like most of the other reviews, this product is nothing more than felt that is used in kindergarten class. Water runs right off them. I was expecting some space age new material similar to microfiber or chamois and got low grade felt. I can't believe this is leagal either. SCAM!!!
