The only thing that sucks is the product!!

This product is horrible. New out of the box it would not pick up a piece of carpet lint. When I called customer service the # on the bill had been disconnected. The billed my credit card the full amount rather than the 3 payments they were supposed to. They also have since sent me to collections for $39.90 for what I am assuming are the 3 filters they say I ordered and they shipped. Guess what? Didn't receive them! When I called the collection agency they were apologetic to me because they have received a lot of the same types of calls. I have been trying unsuccessfully to reach them prior to filing the class action lawsuit. But they don't seem to want to return my calls. I magine that...but I will guarantee they are not through with me!! I will do everything in my power to get the refund!!

We called the 800 number to order, and it was very straightforward to order the item. Imagine our suprise when we received 4 of them, complete with billing plus shipping and handling charges for all 4! We opened one vacuum to try it out, but we were quickly disappointed. On carpet, the suction with the brand new filter installed is less than stellar. It required several passes to pick up items as small and light as sequins and cookie crumbs. On hard floors, it performs about as well as any hand-held vacuum, corded or not. The filter is paper, over a plastic skeleton and MUST be replaced, so bagged or bagless, you're still going to be spending money to replace things that they don't tell you about upfront. We will be (attempting to) taking advantage of the 30 day money-back guarantee. To date, however, the company and it's parent company have not been at all responsive to either calls or emails.
Big rip-off

This product was a big rip-off not only dose it not work but you can't get anyone on the phone to ask question from. I can't even get my money back. What a rip-off. People keep your eyes open for rip-offs.
