What a total piece of worthless crap! Although the hand vacuum is strong, it is far too heavy to be practical. The combo system is totally worthless! The brush won't turn even IF ONE PIECE OF HAIR IS WRAPPED AROUND THE BRUSH, and it has no suction power as an upright! I too have been ripped off and it has now been thrown away. I wish I had found this site prior to my purchase!!! DON'T BUY THIS CHINESE PIECE OF TOTAL, UTTER JUNK OR YOU WILL BE MORE THAN SORRY!!!

The worst peice of junk I ever order. I've learned a lesson, I will never order from t.v. again. this thing picks up nothing. Has anyone received a refund? I sent mine back, but have not received a refund yet. very upset.

I bought this vacuum for my wife under the following name: Smart Space Power Vac. I was so angry to see how disapointed she was with this tool. The attachements do not fit with the vacuum. The broom that came with it keeps coming apart after only one usage. There is nothing smart or powerful about this vacuum cleaner. A toy vacuum cleaner would work better than that. Please do not buy this product. Total piece of junk. Isn't there any place we can report this fraud? If someone knows please let me know.

This vacuum is junk. I bought one and got one free. One doesn't even work, there's a short in the on/off switch. Customer service, yeah, right, try to get somebody. I stayed on the phone for 40 minutes and listened to music. I don't even think there is a customer service department. This is a big scam. BEWARE! The other vacuum doesn't do anything the advertisement shows. I'm out over $150.00. Stay away from this product.

I purchased this vacuum from an infomerical. The product does not pick up much of anything. I purchased one I received four. I called my credit card company. They stopped payment, contacted the vacuum company. The company was not able to prove I requested four vacuums. I was then charged for one vacuum and was told by my credit card company to send back three vacuums by insured mail with a return receipt.

Fortunately I did not buy this vacuum. It was given to me by someone who ended up with 4 vacuums when she only wanted 2 and couldn't get customer service to reply. The head does keep falling off and it hardly picks up anything. It just moves things around, especially dog hair! What's the point of vacuuming if you still have "stuff" left on the floor. I'd give it to a thrift shop but then someone else would get taken.

I believe whoever is behind this scam should be put in jail. They sent me four vaccums and charged me over 400 dollars for them. The vaccum is less effective than a broom.

I will never buy from a TV commercials again after this experience it was so bad. Customer service does not exist and the ordering system was the most horrible experience I have ever had - ended up with 2 extra vacuums that I did not want and never received the 2nd free steamer. The freight was outlandish. I wrote them when I had not received my order for weeks after ordered and never received so much as a call or letter from them. Cannot even get replacement filters anywhere. WindStorm sucks ok however, the bottom floor attachment keeps falling off and the filter is totally inferior - can't get the dirt off without using a brush or washing each time and fell apart in a couple of weeks.

This is the biggest rip off. I received 4 total vacs and returned them all because they did not work. Got through to the company various times and was told over and over that I would receive my refund in 2, 4, 3, week..... whatever they were just lying. I pity the people who have to work for such a dishonest company. I would love to see a class action suit!!

This vacuum advertised on TV to pick up a refrigerator is a total junk! The head falls off continually and the filter container is too small, plus it has already a hole and I cannot find anyplace to get a replacement filter basket. They said if we call in the next 10 min we get 2 for the price of one - we were charged 3 times that for each - what a ripoff!!

the windstorm was not able to pick up my dirt and lint. i tried calling co. but can't get in touch with them, can anyone help? i am not happy with the performace of the vac.

I have found this product to be absolutely useless. The power head falls off...the container is so small I doubt that it could any dirt etc.All in all these people who promote this ripoff should be prosecuted. Just try and send it back..its just costs you more money when it comes back unknown. Somebody should help us.

From the initial ordering process of this vacuum to receiving and using it, I am so disgusted. Just to order it took half an hour due to the automated ordering system that went on and on. When I responded "No" it would then run a segment that would try to convince me to say "Yes". When I received the vacuum and the free second, I did not receive the free steam cleaner and still have not received it. The shipping costs are astronomical, so if we send the stuff back we'd be losing out on over $50 total in shipping costs. The filter is hard to clean and ended up ripping, and the unit that houses the lift-out vacuum keeps coming off the floor piece. When I use it to pick up cat litter it spits it all over the place. At least it's good for sucking up spiders...that's about all.

I got my vacuume plus my free vacuum plus an extra because the answering machine that I had to buy this thing from was never ending and I couldn't get off the phone. I then had to try and get rid of these vacuums. This thing is sooo bad. I would highly recommend not buying it. It barely picks up on a hardfloor surface but on the carpet? not even a shot it's like pushing a mop on a carpet. The biggest waste of $$ and by the time it had arrive I was $275 deep into debt. Needless to say I went to linens and things and purchased a bissell for $80 that runs like a $1000 machine compared to this windstorm vacuum. There is a reason they are giving one free when you buy one...it's worth about $10. Terrible vacuum. I may never order another thing from an infomercial. I feel like such a fool for purchasing this thing.

I purchased this product in June. I have not received all of the things I ordered yet!!My total bill was $264.82, which I waisted by buying this piece-of-junk!!The vacuum fell apart after using it about three times. The filter gets dirty and you have to wash it everytime (I never received the extra filters). I have never been so disappointed in a product that was advertised on national TV!! Don't they check these out to see if their advertising a SCAM??? I've tried to call, e-mail and got no response. Don't make the same mistake I did!!!

I have used this product for a few months and have found it to be very poor and not at all the powerful vacuum that it is advertized on the info-mercial. I have a very difficult time picking up anything such as lint or threads. It takes much longer to vacuum using the Wind Storm than with my old vacuum. It does a fair job of picking up loose material on a non-carpet surface, but it is easier to just sweep. They charge a very high shipping fee, which offsets any lower price for which they appear to be offering the product. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

When I went on this site, found lots of complaints. I don't have one, other than it took several months to deliver. Got it, like it, but would not recommend it because of the complaints. Thanks for you complaintants for possibly getting the product to me. Sherry

I was charged $117 for this stupid vaccuum and its accessoried on Nov 6 2005 - 5 months later, no vaccuum, no refund. Was not able to get anyone on the phone. No one responded to the letter and emails I wrote. They are a BIG Scam! Watch out!

This product is horrible. New out of the box it would not pick up a piece of carpet lint. When I called customer service the # on the bill had been disconnected. The billed my credit card the full amount rather than the 3 payments they were supposed to. They also have since sent me to collections for $39.90 for what I am assuming are the 3 filters they say I ordered and they shipped. Guess what? Didn't receive them! When I called the collection agency they were apologetic to me because they have received a lot of the same types of calls. I have been trying unsuccessfully to reach them prior to filing the class action lawsuit. But they don't seem to want to return my calls. I magine that...but I will guarantee they are not through with me!! I will do everything in my power to get the refund!!
