I just got the tweeze the other day and I am very pleased with it. I bought it to rid FACIAL hair and it is perfect for that. There is a very minimal discomfort, about the same if I plucked it manually. However the Tweeze is preferred because it happens fast. The only CON: I tried it on larger parts of the body but because there is only one "plucking blade" (if I can call it that) it is a SLOW process. My hope would be that they make a bigger one with 3 "pluckers" on it. If the face is what you want to clear of hair than the Tweeze is just right!

i just tried this torturous device. it does not remove much hair at all. i first tried on my upper lip and nearly fell of my chair. stopped instantly because i would not bare that kind of pain. i thought i would try on my underarms though; painful and left alot of hair and yet i proceed to try on lower legs. not as painful, but still not removing the hair the way it should. waxing, shaving, cutting or creams for me. do not use, it is extremely painful. this does not get one star, but a scream.

Very disappointed in the product. Did not really pluck hairs out. I had to go over too many times for one hair to be pulled out. It wasn't getting out short, fine hairs either. What a waste of plastic and my money.

I have dealt with excess facial hair all of my adult life. Hair removal creams don't work and shaving was getting the better of me. Tweeze keeps the hair growth to a minimum and is easy to use. It is not painless but worth it. How do I clean it?

the tweeze is the best product i've ever used for removing facial hair...better than professional electroloysis...and the vanish cream that comes with it is a miracle in a bottle (and was very moisturizing for my skin also).

Hey, I grow a lot of fine light hair all over my face and this tweezer has been great for finding every last one. Don't know what others here expect, but this tool has served me well. I toss it in my purse and use it mid-day if I feel that a stray brow hair or lip hair has sprouted. It's been a real find for me.

I ordered this from a reputable third party that would refund if the item didn't work, instead of ordering through Tri Star. It did remove my coarse, unwanted hairs and fine facial hairs. I've had it for over a month, and there is no problem yet. I still wonder if it will fall apart soon, even though it seems solidly built. I would have given this item a rating of 5, instead of 4, but it is NOT painless (Which is false advertising), but I have used epilators on my legs before, and this appeared to have a similar mechanism... so I knew it was going to hurt.

Very painful to remove only one or two hairs. the product claims to remove hair painlessly but it is far from painless. Imagine scraping the hair off your body with two butterknifes put rubbed together.. stringing (or threading) is less painful and thats saying alot. if you wanna try to remove some hair try Nair Wax its as painless as waxing can be.

Terrible product and waste of money. It does not work at all, did not even pull out one hair. Would like a refund, however, the company does not provide an invoice, or anything to be able to contact company to request refund with the product. I located the company phone number on the internet and will be contacting them on Monday to request a full refund and to return this piece of junk.
