Finally something that makes my life a bit easier! I have both carpet & bare floors in my home. I bought one and after a while it stopped working (brushes wouldn't rotate) but it works wonders on my bare floors. So much that I missed it and went buy another. This time I only use it on my bare floors and it's lasting much longer. I don't think it works as good on carpet as advetised. But, I no longer drag out a big heavy vaccum when I want to clean my bare floors & it pick up anything and everything and so so easy to go around stuff. I love mine! The only thing keeping me from rating it 5 stars is because of the carpet issue. I still don't regret getting this just because it does make cleaning my floor easier on me.

I purchased this product from a nearby retailer and tried it. It does not sweep. As the brushes swivel it stirs the dust and dirt around and very little is actually swept into the very small cannister. It requires a follow up with another broom to sweep t stirs dust and dirt around as clean as it appears on the infomercial. It blows dust around and sweeps very little into the very small cannister. It requires a re-sweep with a different product (ie. broom and dust pan or a real vacuum). This product is a waste of time and money.

The product is lousy. The battery does not retain charge for more than 1 minute and it is not strong enough to work on carpet as it keeps stucking when on carpet. [] NICE IDEA BU HORRIBLE QUALITY.

I bought this product for my home and one for my office thinking it would be a great lite vacuum...well it was light weight but the battery doesn't last long (even after reading directions and following their recommendations ) so might be good for a small apt or a quick 5 minute sweep around(not good for in between vacuuming whole house)...doesn't work well for scoopable cat litter that has been tracked out of box on hardfloors -just spits it around...dog hair gets all caught up around bristle hairs and is IMPOSSIBLE to get out without spending a lot time with the little seam ripper cleaner thing they send you...so overall it takes MORE time clean than to just pull out a regular vacuum or(a broom for the cat litter thats been tracked out by the cats lol) overall I find it to be a waste of money and to tedious to use.

I bought this and do think that it does well for those between-vacuuming times and it's easy to carry up and down stairs. My main reason for purchasing is because my new baby HATED the vacuum and was terrified of it. This was advertised to be quiet, so I thought it would be great to use, even while she napped. I was disappointed that they lied about this, and it is actually quite noisy. (In the ad they show it being used next to a sleeping baby -- lie!)

This goofy thing really works. I use it between thorough cleanings to quickly pick up dust bunnies and just about everything else. Haven't had a battery problem - followed directions from the start. PROS: If cleaning is easy, I'll do it more often. This makes is easy. CONS: Collection cup fills quickly. If unit seems to spit out dirt, cup is full. I guess this means it's working though. If you need replacement parts, probably cheaper to replace whole thing. I've given one as a gift, and use one at work to maintain carpet in a corporate aircraft between vacuums.

All the bad reviews of the sweeper refer to battery problems . One that stood out was the woman who couldn't wait to use it and the first day it went dead and never held a charge again. PEOPLE LISTEN.... You have to charge unit 20 hours before initial use. After that, only when it's dead. This will extend the life of the battery just like all NIcad batteries. We use the vacuum on tile floors at the Fire House and it works great. This is not product error, but user error

i thought it was a great product until i really got close to it, the handle for instance sure its a handle but its very flimsy and the battery pack itself is cheaply done, we should able to replace it with a normal powertool battery from any harware store and at 7.2 volts its not very powerful for todays carpeting plus the fact it shoulda came with 2 battery packs i mean if we have a 2000 square foot home only one battery pack just will not do

This worked very well for about 2 days, after that time, the rollers refused to rotate. I cleaned and charged the battery as instructed, I felt it just did not have enough battery power to rotate brushes. Waste of money.

Purchased one and it was great for about 2 weeks. Purchased 2 more and then the batteries will not charge or stay charged for more than 5 minutes. All 3 units are the same. Sorry I did not read the reviews before purchasing the last 2. Also my email maddress is correct.

At first, I loved this product. I kept the battery charged, but after a few months noticed the battery would not hold a charge more than a minute or so.

I was thrilled to receive this product and followed the directions to the letter about charging the battery. That feeling of euphoria lasted only a short time. After a few weeks, the power got less and less and finally it quit holding a charge at all; but that wasn't the only problem. Even when it did work, hair and carpet fuzz wrapped around the rods that hold the brushes; because of the position of these rods and the close quarters, this was impossible to remove without major surgery. I threw the thing in the trash.

I love my swivel sweeper. I've had it for about three months and have not had any trouble out of it. It works great on my hardwood floors and for getting pet hair off my rugs. The price was too high through the infomercial but I didn't know I could get elsewhere for less.

I have had this product for over a week and I have found no problems with it. Just remember to follow the battery charging instructions! This is VERY important. It really works well in picking up dog hair and lent, however, you have to empty the dirt tray very often. I do not recommend buying this product from the TV website because they are gouging you on Shipping and handing! They charged me $29.98 for S&H and sent this thing 3rd class mail! I took over 3 weeks to arrive! With this price for shipping, I would expect 1st class. Buy it at a local store or a good [] merchant.

This product works real great at first. Within 6 months, mine died after 5 months, the battery will not hold a charge. Who wants to keep buying batteries every 3 or 5 months, at $20.00 a pop. I threw mine out.

Works great! However, you need to read the directions! These are NiCad batteries, which have a memory (would have liked NiMH with no memory, but oh well). Anyway, if you take the product out of the box and use it, you WILL HAVE NO BATTERY LIFE ! The directions tell you to charge a minimum of 20 hours before use. THEY MEAN IT! They also tell you not to recharge it until the batteries are fully discharged. Again battery memory... All you need to do is forget once and the batteries can be worthless. Buy a new battery, charge it correctly, problem solved. Also, I've used it numerous times for a quick clean up of our carpet and it works great. Definitely not a vacuum replacement, but for a quick cleanup... great.

I was really excited about this product and couldn't wait to get it. However, I was greatly disappointed. First of all the battery is WEAK...I used it to clean up the bathroom floor from stray kitty litter....the battery starts dying before I am done. Also, the battery charge DOES NOT LAST. I left a fully charged battery in the sweeper, tried to use it the next day and it was dead! Even if the battery is charged it works on hardwood floors or tile, but constantly stops on any kind of carpet - and the carpet I am talking about is not thick at all! And if you get any sort of hair in it...it also stops. On the good side, it does get the corners nicely....if the battery is newly charged, you haven't been using it for more than 30 seconds, you are on hardwood or tile, and are not picking up anything like hair!

I bought my Swivel Sweeper a couple months ago and I love it!!.. It's light weight, picks up very well, gets along the edges, easily emptied..

I use the sweeper 4 times a day to clean up sand & dog hair on vinyl. Charge battery according to the instructions so don't expect to bring it home & use it the first day. I recharge every two weeks & it has held the charge ok. Emptying it is a breeze PROVIDED you follow the instructions. I clean out the brushes monthly as I have long hair which can tend to bog them after a while. The included tool makes it an easy process.I have a bad back so this has been a lifesaver..not having to pull out the big vacuum for every little mess & not having to move the furniture...you just swivel around the chair legs. It will never replace a full service vacuum, but I can get away with only having to pull out the canister vac once a week and my kitchen stays looking tidy. Just remember to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS to avoid charging problems!

Do not buy this product, I can hold my breath longer than this thing holds a charge. Bought it to replace Swiffer Sweeper, bad move! Now we just use our new vacuum that does rugs and hardwood floors!
