I have one of these that was given to me I plyed with it used it , it does take a long time to heat it and make steam and runs out pretty fast, I was able to loosen up dirt around the bath room sink and in the kitchen was able to clean teh grease off the cabinets and range hood, still had to wipe everything downh of course made it a LITTLE easier though, it won't clean heavy soiled items, I still have it only used it twice have it packed away in a box.

you don't buy this to clean it.. you buy it to help you clean better... on the oven, it loosen up baked on and hard to reach places.. but yes i had to clean it.. a little elbow grease is needed sometimes... but if it was easy to start with you would not have bought this product to start with.. great on bath room tiles...grout...any mildrew... great around fausets...you would not believe what is caught under the little fixtures on your sink fausets...and the rubbers around your frig door...well as for me... it works fine.. and things feel cleaner..

steam is the best way to clean and disinfect..esp. when you are sensitive to chemical cleaners..i like my steam machine buggy..not perfect..some design flaws..but does work and puts out hot steam..dirt comes off easily.

After using it about 6 times the screw on cap did not fit right for some reason. The steam escaped around the cap, didnt make it through the wand tube, and literally burnt my hand. I should have notified the mfg. but was so angry, I just tossed it in the garbage. It never cleaned burnt on foods from grill or stove as they advertised. The best thing it did was clean carpet edges along baseboards and bathroom tiles and fixtures, otherwise not worth it! It has cheap plastic parts and you have to wait for it to cool before refilling.

Yes it made steam took awhile but it made steam. It's just not worth the price. All plastic just not worth it. We tried it on a screen door trying to clean it but it didn't clean it just ether not enough pressure

I adored it at first, but it has some serious problems, the biggest being not functioning. The idea is great - you don't get a tired arm like you do with the handhelds, and the narrow nozzles is terrific. I loved the little round brush, but wore it out quickly and could find no company info to replace it. The larger the nozzle, the more it sputters, so the clothing and furniture steamer leaves more wet spots than steamed spots. This was a shame, because it was one of the main things I wanted. The floor and window tool would work great, but the single thin terry cover they provide doesn't fit, which is very weird and renders it practically useless. Again, no one to complain to. You should also know that those aren't wheels. They're just decorative round patches that *look* like wheels. Also keep in mind that steam "cleaning" isn't. It may be sterile, loose dirt, but you still have to wipe it up - the idea that it's going to remove dirt from the carpet is just silly. Where's it going to go? Still, I was loyal to it because I loved that narrow nozzle for loosening up dirt everywhere. But then the lid sprang a leak for no apparent reason. It hadn't been mistreated, and there's no gasket. No company to turn to for help. I finally tracked them down due to lawsuits against them and emailed them for help - no response. I would say that this one is a big no-go, in spite of it's attractive qualitites.
