Used Spin Spa three times and after that it will not spin. Tried changing the batteries. No luck. It's a total rip off and is in my trash can. The people who sell this product should be ashamed to cheat the consumer as they are doing.

As many others have stated, this product has no power. I was more than dissappointed, especially seeing as how I bought it as a gift for my husband!! So how terrible do I feel giving him a cheap rip off gift!! If you put even the smallest amount of pressure on it, it just stops working, so how are you supposed to wash with it? What a rip.

I ordered two Spin Spas online, with two free mini Spin Spas as a "bonus." After nearly two weeks and a shipping and handling charge that would have nearly covered a third Spin Spa, I opened the order only to find the free mini Spin Spas were not included. When I called Idea Village customer service, I was told they would be glad to ship the mini Spin Spas for an additional shipping and handling charge since I had not "ordered" the mini units with my original order. When I explained that when I placed my order on their website I chose the option that included the free mini Spin Spa, he still insisted I would have to pay the additional shipping and handling. Needless to say, I returned the product. And, after reading user reviews, I'm glad I did. But, still I am stuck with over $22 on my credit card for shipping and handling. One Spin Spa is $19.99.

I have to agree with the rest of the comments already posted. This product had no power and was poorly made. Don't waste your money.

I was skeptical of using the Spin Spa but it turned out to be not so bad. I turned it on and off throughout my 20 minute show and still had a lot of energy in the batteries. No shock at all! The only bad thing for me was that it was a little time consuming to use it but if you are taking the time to go to the local spa weekly/monthly then it is worth the money.

I got the spin spa two days ago I was very excited after seeing the commercial I bought it from a local dept. store when I got home i put new batteries in it and began using the foot attachment it worked but kept slipping off and it really is not water proof!!! I would never recommend this product to anyone!!!

The shipping took a month, when it finally arrived I decided to try it out right away and use the pumice attachement. It broke not even 1 minute into the massage and I was being gentle. It is very hard to change the attachments. The instructions say that it is water resistant but I got electricuted very strongly when only a few drops of water fell on it. Trust me, getting electrecuted while massaging your back is no fun. Don't waste your money.

Do not waste your money. This product is completly useless. It is a toy - a cheaply made toy. What also sucks is having to write a minimum of twenty five words to describe an inferior product, especially when I am already irritated. How do I know that what I say won't be taken out of context if I am "quoted"? I can only repeat that the product is a joke, there is nothing spa-like about it. There is no power to it, and even if there were, it would not be spa-like. I did not purchase the product my self. It was a gift by a well-meaning, trusting individual. Have I reached my word minimum yet?

The Spin Spa is a waste of money. First, there is a high and a low setting. The low is ridiculously slow and the high is not far behind it (and I was using brand new batteries). I can wash my body and pumice my feet three times as fast as the Spin Spa. And if you use the tiniest bit of pressure (which you have to), the machine slows down and eventually stops. Also, the attachments won't stay on even if no pressure is used. All of them went flying off into the shower after a few moments. You're better off just getting a sponge and some shower gel and just putting some elbow grease behind it.

I loved the whole concept of this product and was pleased with the material and looks of the wand, but was disappointed when I actually tried to use it. It bogged down and stopped rotating when you put even a small amount of pressure on it and just didn't have enough power. Mine stopped rotating in less than two minutes and when I removed the AA batteries they were hot.I called customer service and they refunded my money as advertised with no problem.
