There were not enough recipes or directions. You had no idea how long to cook anything. I started on the stove top, then moved to the oven after it didn't appear to be cooking....After an hour, my ribs were excellent....Just wish there were more recipes and the estimated cooking time. The end result was really good!

You know what they say about waiting for something well it wastn worth the wait. First product ever ordered from Tv or online misc. Took for ever to get to me. Didnt notice any smoke had overhead fan on stove. As far as clean up the tube was a mess to clean up and the teflon was a very low grade. I really need to return it. And be careful the expander Ring is sharp you could slice you hand with it.

UPDATE: finally tried it and was greatly disapointed, the meat was tough as leather and dried out even using a meat thermometer as instructed. and I used a good cut of beef. It was awful to clean up and the 'non stick' pan did in fact stick and was impossible to clean completely, you had to remoe the lid several times during the cooking process as there werent any directors on how long what heat etc to use and the house smelled and still smells of the smoke......it is not as advertised in any stretch of the imagination and it is on its way back for a full refund! save your money. change my rating from 4 stars to 1 star, product sucks
where are the recipes???????

I just received my express was on back order for months. I was disapointed to see that it came with only a very limited recipe selection. on the infomercial it appeared to show many many different things that could be cooked and I thought it would have the directions, it talks about briskets etc but doesnt give the time or instructions, just a rub for it, I have no idea what size to use etc, same for kabobs, only fish ones no meat or veggies etc. I am anxious to try it out. it said that it doesnt smoke up the house, I hope that is true, I waited long enough for it! I hope it lives up to the infomercial and hope they would provide more recipes or at least cooking times for a varity of meats or veggies etc.
Is it worth the work?!

The first thing I made was buffaloo burgers.followed instructions. ruined the cheap non-stick on the cooking ring. not easy to clean. The lid got burnt grease. good thing I sprayed rack with non-stick. Filled the house with smoke from the wood chips. but, the burgers did come out with a wonderful smoke flavor.
