USA

5/1/2006 - G. M. Blasi of Colorado, USA writes:

I thought I could make extra money with on-line auctions and I sent away for the information packet. I then took the items that they said would sell easily and for great profits and went on the most popular on-line service. Therefore, I didn't make the huge membership purchase. Not a great system at all. "Mr. C" should be ashamed for hawking a scam.

SMC Market Is Saturated

3/29/2006 - Gale of Arizona, USA writes:

Products are good but the market is saturated with them. Lots of sellers []. Competition makes it almost impossible to sell at a profit.

You won't make a dime

3/19/2006 - Wayne of Wisconsin, USA writes:

I bought this a few years back and have never made a dime. I tried to sell some this stuff at fle markets, but the products are such crap, I couldn't sell one piece.

Buyer Beware

3/19/2006 - Joe of Ohio, USA writes:

I was unemployed, and I saw the infomercial, so I ordered it. I got the info, and I made some sales out of the catalog to some people I knew. The products were ok but this is never going to get you rich. I spent around $700 buying stock, and I registered and setup at some flea markets and swap meets. Everyone is selling this stuff, whether from SMC or from another wholesale provider, and I never sold enough of my original stock to break even. I spent entire weekends just to sell 4-5 items, and even then I had to discount the items to sell them. This system has some possibilities if you want to be your boss, but you will have to work far harder at this just to make the same money you can make at any other basic minimum wage job. You would be better putting those efforts into a college degree and a career.

Worst money maker ever!

3/14/2006 - Leslie of New Jersey, USA writes:

Well, I purchased the product and had a party to promote my party. I a made a lil change from it. But, when my customers got their items they were all very unhappy and I had to refund them their money. And now I am stuck with this worthless peice of crap. What it looks like in the catalog is not what it looks like when u get. Some items may have chipped paint or look really really old. And the description never says "Antique"

Average!

1/9/2006 - Jerry of Arizona, USA writes:

The good thing about SMC is the quality of their products. The quality is generally very high ( a few exceptions!). Your wholesale cost is a bit high compared to others but the products do sell thru swap marts and just by showing catalogs to friends etc. DO NOT get the website!! It is a rip off. You can get your own FREE site from many providers - just a lot more work you have to do! I have been selling SMC products since 1980 and have averaged around $2-3000 a year part time. BNF Wholesale has products just as good and at a lower cost to you. I make much more profit with BNF Wholesale than SMC.

Rip off!

1/1/2006 - Dana of California, USA writes:

Rip off. They say only 30 to and then they send you a bill for 395 a month later and you have to buy over 300 in materials that my grandmother wouldn't even want. The products are products I can get at the 99cent store. Rip off!!!!

Good Products / Bad Service

8/15/2005 - Kenneth of New York, USA writes:

The products they ask you to sell are of a decent quality and worth what they charge.  Just do NOT purchase a web package from them.  They will decieve you about what it can do and when it will be ready.  The web package they sell is of a poor quality and no one there knows what they are talking about.   The items they ask you to sell from their catalog is good, but do not waste your money on a web package.
