This is a total rip-off along with a lot of other infomercials! I need a RMA number to return this piece of junk and cannot get a human being to answer their customer service line. They make it look great on TV, but in reality it is substandard and the shipping costs are astronomical. What a shame that people can't be trusted to represent something honestly. I had the same experience with Jeff Paul and it cost me a whole lot more. Don't fall for these scams!

I bought this item 5 weeks prior to Christmas after watching a supposedly "great product". well I received it on Dec.27th, excited to check it out. Complete waste of money!! Not only did they send buy one get one, they also sent another order. I'm in dispute with my credit card co. after numerous atempts for refund.

It's cheap and it doesn't live up to its expectations. The brushes operate from the suction ... no belts ... right ... after 2 minutes of using it, the filter gets clogged and the brushes stop rotating. Also, it loses suction fast ... like 2 to 3 minutes as soon as you start using it. Sorry, it's just not worth it and it gives infomercials a bad name ... imagine that!!! I'm sending it back right away. It was a total disappointment.

After seeing the Smart Space power Vac on tv I thought what a great gift for my wife.I ordered it four weks before XMAS.It was buy one get on free What a deal. All you have to do is pay for shipping. The shipping is where the company gets its money because anyone in there right mind will send tha vacuums back It is the worst piece of junk I have ever purchased.I opened the first Vacuum and tried it the motor was burnt.Itried the second on and the motor was fine but the vacuum did nothing. It would not pick up anything off my floor, plus the motor got very hot while only running for less that five minutes.I called the customer service number and you could not talk to anyone I was put on hold for 30 minutes I finally hung up.You need an RMA number to send them back but you can't get one.I am going to write the BBB and the attorney of Texas. This company should be put out of Business.

My husband bought this product for me because I do have arthritis and it looked so easy to use. It took 6 weeks to arrive. I tried it right away. I wanted the vacuum because it converted to a stick vacuum to reach under furniture. The attachement are all the same sizes as the opening on the broom attachment. Needless to say there is no way to fit the hose inside each other. After using it through the house the broom attachment started coming apart. It is like a suction fit and it got loose right away. The broom no longer stays as part of the vacuum cleaner. I have never felt so frustrated as with this vacuum. Now I have to snap the portable part of the vacuum with all my strength for it to click tight in there. All parts are plastics so it is only a matter of time before the little bracket will break. $120.00 totally waisted. Please do not buy this vacuum cleaner.

After waiting about 4 weeks to get this product we were quite excited when it arrived. We were shocked to find out that it picked up less than our old broken down vacuum cleaner! It has very little suction and did not seen to be able to do ANY of the things that the infomercial claimed. What a waste of time and money. We're returning it immediately.

I saw this on tv and begged my husband to let me buy it. We has considered a Dyson before this but this looked too good to be true. Awesome suction, lightweight, and folds up nice and compact. WRONG! I should have known. The suctions on this thing was worse than my old 6 year old vacuum..awful! Yes it was compact but when I picked it up the head fell right off and continued to fall off every single time I carried it to the closet. Waste of time effort and money. I have recently sent it back and will be getting my Dyson. Oh and their costumer service is atrocious...I called the number on the website and noone even knew what a smart space power vac was. I talked to 15 different people in 2 days. Finally I got the number to the warehouse and some old lady told me that my name was not even in the system...I had never placed an order...5 days later this mofo ends up on my doorstep...lesson is this never ever ever buy anything on tv!

They say that "God protects his fools and idiots", but the next line should be "But not from Infomercials"!!! I ordered this product and waited with great anticipation (6 wks)for this marvel of all marvels. Then, I got it. Yeah, I got it alright. Boy, did I get it! I could say "This vac SUCKS",but it doesn't. It couldn't pull hair off a dead cat. 1)Offer was for "buy one, get one free" for $59.95. I was charged double $119.85. BUT WAIT, order now, within the next 9 minutes, and we will send you a FREE 2) Power Steamer, I was charged $20.00, BUT WAIT, order now and we include FREE shipping. 3)$57.00 + $16.24 tax. A total of $133.19 was charged to my American Express, leaving a balance of $79.90 in 2 monthly payments. YEE HA WHAT A DEAL!Then,I did the research. Why aren't these people in Jail? A. Don't buy this junk! B. Send it back the cheapest way possible! C.Dispute ALL charges with your creditcard co. D.God doesn't protect you from infomercials, but my American Express always does. They don't put up with these CROOKS. Not for one minute. (I'm just a card holder; I don't work for them) E)If you don't have amex, Get one. Then it's safe to swim in the water with all these sharks. Smart Space Power Vac--terrible product. did not suck up anything but a little dust. This is a waste of money and inferior. I'm returning it for a refund. I hope the company is honest enough to give me a refund.

This was such a scam. The product did not work as advertised and was a waster of time and money. The worst part of the experience is that the shipping and handling of the product is not refundable. After paying for shipping to return the product, trying this terrible product cost me $51. I will never try infomercials again!

I purchased one Smart Space Power Vac and to my dismay it did not work as advertised. They also sent me 2 extra vacuum cleaners and charged me for the product and shipping. When I called to report the problem to them, they literally hung up on me after explaining the situation. I called them 6 times and each time they would answer and then hang up on me. After the 7th hang up I started to get the feeling that it was an accident call finally starting to wonder what kind of business this was I received the recording that they were closed. My rating on the quality of the Smart Space Power Vac would be one star....because it didn’t even pick up anything off of the carpet...compact it was however. My rating on customer service is definitely a – Star. This company is certainly trying to rip off the consumer. Please buyers beware. PS: I have never written a review about a product but I had to on this one.

It dosn't have any suction and it failed on our carpets and hard wood flooring! Waste of money! No more infomercials for us!

This is the first and last time I order anything off television. I searched to see if there were any reviews before I purchased this vacuum under Smart Space Power Vac and couldn't find anything, so I ordered it. When it came, sure enough, it's garbage. The first time I heard the name Wind Storm was when the vacuum came and it's printed on the front bottom. They don't show you that on television. If they did, I would have searched under "Wind Storm Vac" instead of "Smart Space Power Vac" for reviews and I would have found everybody else's complaints and not purchased it. I think they changed the name to throw people off. I am going to contact the Attorney General's office, the BBL and the NYS Consumer Fraud Division. The reason is because when you call, you get an automated system and no human being. I was put on hold when I called the service line and you just wait and wait and wait to no avail. In closing, to all who are considering this product...think twice.
