I don't know how the ladies wearing this product on the informercial were able to talk without panting and sweating. IF you can get it on, you will feel like you just climbed a tall building. Do NOT drink anything for a whole day before putting this on, because once you go to the bathroom, it will be off for the rest of the day! There is no reason for them charging as much as they did for shipping when it takes a whole month to arrive. For that price it should have arrived overnight. I know a better way to hide bulges. Wear bigger clothes.

The only reason I returned mine was the nasty line it left above my knee, where it slimmed, then bulged out. Other than that I liked the results it gave, slimmed real good. It's been awhile since I sent it back, I don't remember all the massive pain getting into it as the others stated. Too bad for that ugly line at the knee... would have kept them if it weren't for that! Shipping was also WAY overpriced.... must be because they need to make $$ somehow!

I can't believe I actually purchased this either. I tried info-mercials before and I knew better. Not only was this product expensive, it is impossible to put on. Like the other ladies mentioned, I ordered the size I needed and still had no luck trying to get it on. The part that goes over the upper tummy area kept rolling down that it didn't matter it was made to go up that high. I definitely would ask people to give it a second thought before purchasing this product.

I agree with Warner from Texas! I ordered a size larger than my regular size-they suggested that-and could not get the thing above my knees. So I sent it back and ordered 2 sizes larger than my regular size. Well, I agree with everything Warner said. I hurt, was bruised and could not believe they scammed me!! Unless I loose about 20-30 lbs I will not be able to wear this thing. Maybe if I had ordered a 2X (and I normally wear a size 10), I could get into it, but I can't believe how it hurt to try to get this garmet above my thighs! I never did get it any further because of the pain. My suggestion is don't try this unless you order several sizes bigger than you are.

I recently had a baby, and I am having a bit of trouble losing the last 15 or so pounds - so when I saw the Slim n' Lift infomercial, I was very excited! The guarantee of looking 10 pounds lighter and fitting into clothes 2 or 3 sizes smaller really appealed to me. When I received this product and tried it, I immediately tried on a skirt that I've been wanting to get back into. I am a small size 4 and the skirt is a 2, and still, I cannot wear it! Also, I tried wearing my tight fitting pants, and I have buldge on the thighs where the "control" part of the leg ends and the looser part begins! What a jip! I feel totally taken. I am even more upset, because shipping, which was $20, is non-refundable. Because of this experience, I will never shop from an infomercial again - I feel like a complete sucker!

This product has befuddled me. I have used other body shaper type products for smooth lines under dresses, etc., and the commercial sold me on the fact the garment comes up all the way to the bra line (which many others do not). It was a good price for a like product in a department store (one in nude and in black for around $60, including s&h). However, the customer service people were extremely pushy (expected) but so confusing in their further "special offers" I almost hung up. Once the order was made, the shipment came within about 2 weeks (less than the antiicipated 4-6). Problem is, these things need an instruction book (and possibly a very close friend) to put on correctly. Also, if you don't get the hang of it-as I still haven't--I would recommend a muscle relaxer or pain medication to prepare yourself for the ensuing debacle of trying to get the things past your hips. It seems the part that cinches the waist has absolutely NO GIVE (which is a problem if you thighs or hip measurements are any bigger than the waist band--this is presumably every female...) The thing is--I ordered a size too big for this reason. Now, I think that the shapers really do smooth you out and are much easier to get off (I had already contemplated either living in them forever, but after a stiff drink, just had my scissors on hand in the event the reverse process was as bad), but this was a PAINFUL experience, and I am not sure smooth lines in any dress are worth the bruises this left on my thighs or hips while I was struggling to put this on. Maybe others have had different experiences--I would love to know.
