This is a great product. I have tried this and two other brands. This one is the best. It's not lumpy, like the others. I have very fair skin. The into kit didn't match my skin. So I called customer service the sent me out the lightest version. The color is perfect. You can also set up on line how often you want the product to be shipped. I have no problems with the product or the customer service. They have given me many extras for free. I am going to continue with this brand and toss the others!!!!

This product does not work as well as they say. You can get better mineral foundation in a variety of places. In fact, I would say that the drug store brands are just as good as this one. Also, the scam part of it is that when you order a sample to try it out, they sign you up for a membership which is their way of saying they are going to keep charging you for product you haven't ordered. They automatically send it to you after a month! Then when you return it they tell you it will take 6 weeks to get your money back! Stay away!

I have always had a problem with acne, not horrible, but always something on the lower half of my face, and it's left me with acne scars and some uneven skin tones. I am not a big fan of makeup because it never looks natural enough and it's been hard to find something to even out my skin tone and cover scars without looking caked on. So, after hearing a commercial for Sheer Cover for the 30th time I decided to try it out. I got my intro kit within a few days of ordering and tried it out right away, and I loved it! It was able to even out my skin without looking and feeling like I had a ton of makeup on (make sure you watch the instruction DVD, and don't put on too much). I got the Base Protector in my kit and it really makes your skin feel smooth and less shiny. My boyfriend really liked it too. He said it didn't look like I had any makeup on, and keeps commenting on it to other people too. I had people at work randomly commenting on how good I looked, and how fresh faced. I will admit, the day after I first tried out Sheer Cover I went online to see if there were any more tips or tricks and saw how many people had bad experiences and I got a little nervous. But luckily I haven't had any breakouts, in fact my face has cleared up a little in the past week and a half I've been using it. As far as cons: I noticed that maybe twice a day some of the makeup right under my eyes kind of settles into the lines and I have to even it out a bit with my finger. (I have dark circles under my eyes so it's a bit more noticable for me). Also, it's a bit more expensive than I would like. But all in all, I would say this is a great product for me.

saw the commercial and thought wow, took m a while to get around to ordering it but then decided to go for it, just received my introduction pack and less than impressed when I looked at it, even worse when I tried it. The concealer reminds me of those face painting kits you use on children in it's texture and by the end of a warm working day, I went onto the bathroom and my face had such a shine that I never have normally, no wonder they encourage you to buy blotting papers. Then when I got home I noticed that the concealer had gathered in the fine lines under the eyes. I had been using another top brand mineral powder before this without the concealer and found this to be sufficient and much lighter and so will be going back to that. Really disappointing. I'm just about to apply for a refund, certainly not a product thet agrees with everyone as they lead you believe.

I ordered an introductory set just to try this product. I quite liked the product however was not aware that my visa would be debited every month for the next three months for a ninety day supply that I apparently agreed to while placing my order. I just wanted to see if I like the product and decide to order more myself. I did not expect to have it forced on me after the fact. I now have to pay to have it shipped back after I have already paid for shipping on something that I was not aware that I had ordered. Terrible terrible business practice. Ladies...try [] or [] for that matter, these people are underhanded.

i used this after seeing all the gurantees that it is all natural and minerals. bla bla bla. chemical free. bla bla bla so i ordered it, as soon as i applied it to my face, my face was itching, next i washed it off after 3 hours, and i had a huge red rash, then i put ointment on my rash went to bed and now the rash is worst, i will have to go to the doctor for this rash if it doesnt stop burning and itching, the funny thing is that i dont have higly sensitive skin either, i have regular skin which usually doesnt break out or go crazy, so i feel sorry for the ladies with sensitive skin using this MINERAL MAKEUP WHICH IS WONDEROUS FOR SKIN supposedly, i just hope the refund they have initiated for me will go through because i do not have time for scams and more games,DO NOT USE A BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER, BE CAREFUL, DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY TELL U THE PRODUCT IS 29.99, PLUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING, AND THEN U ARE IN FOR AUTOMATIC SHIPMENTS AND STRANGE CHARGES TO YOUR CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT, BEWARE!

I love this product. It works great, could never go back to liquid foundation. Hate the customer service. The person is always nice and promises all is well but order is wrong every time. My last order ended up taking 8 phone calls and over 4 weeks to finally get. They ended giving me 8 free foundations but that didn't begin to make up for the stress. Don't want to give up the product but hate the stress that comes with trying to place and get an order.

I ordered Sheer cover but found that the colors were too yellow for my skin since my skin has more of a neutral color. I also found that the concealer did not hide any of the problem areas of my face as showed on TV or website. As for the fees... I was charged for the first kit which was fine. I then received a second kit a month later and they charged me for that too. Then my credit card expired and got a 3rd kit the following month. I then got an invoice in the mail for the amount of 60$. Then got a letter thanking me for my payment. I didn't get it. A few weeks later i got another shipment. Then got a letter that my account was deliquent and that i owed a total amount of 165$ (60$ + 105$). So if i calculate this, 30$ for intro kit + 60$ + 60$ + 105$ = 255$ for 4 months... Sorry but for that price, i would expect better product then my regular mineral makeup bought at the pharmacy. So I cancelled my order today and will resend the last package received which I was told that the amount of 105$ would be removed from the outstanding payments. Hopefully this will be the end of all this.

I've been using Sheer Cover for a few mths now, and I like it! I've gotten several compliments when I'm wearing it. I have freckles, and I've never worn foundation before because it made my freckles look like one big age spot! I tried [], but I had to use a lot of it in order for it to hide some of my freckles. Sheer Cover does not hide all my freckles, but they are less noticeable. It's indefinitely worth a try!

Do not waste your money on this product. I bought a $9.95 kit and didn't see the minuscule type which said that the real price was going to be $130.00. That's a lot of money for the little product that I received that was supposed to last three months. Also, they say that it will work for any skin color. Well, my medium skinned daughter had a hard time using the fair kit which I passed to her. They say that their foundations contain SPF 15 but they don't tell you that the lightest foundation (Frost) does not nor does the darkest foundation. And the brushes are not worth it. The brush I bought at [] for $5 exceeded the quality of the SC brush. Also, I ordered online and they charged my card for all but the very last payment which they sent to a collection agency even before payment due date. When I called to cancel, I asked about the overdue amount and they could not explain why I was receiving these collection notices. Also gave me a runaround about canceling. I am back to being a loyal [] customer.

I bought this product online a few months ago. The product itself seemed to be okay. The problem was, I ordered the lightest color they had and still it was not light enough, I am very fair skinned. But to prove a point, they claim it will match very fair skin and it does not. The customer service was okay though, all I did was email them asking them to stop all payments and they did without any questions.

For me I love this and recommend to anyone wanting to cover just about anything. i wouldnt say it covered one of my moles completely though. anyways the only issue i had with it is after i cancelled it since i recieved way too much of it they withdrew another payment out of my account and i am not happy about that at all

I have found Sheer Cover to have exceptional coverage with a light feel on my skin. I like the 15 SPF in the conditioner which absorbs into my skin for a smooth surface. The combination of colors allow you to match your skin tone perfectly. The eye and lip collections are great colors for me and the mascara goes on easily. I do feel it is a bit pricey for the amount of product, particularly the cleanser.

I ordered sheer cover because I have extremely sensitive skin and it sounded like the perfect solution. After using Sheer Cover for a week my acne went from bad to horrible. I started developing blackheads on top of the mess my skin was previous to using the products. When I canceled my account they refunded my money for the next shipment only to charge me AGAIN a day later. Then I find out they had already sent me a second shipment and I now also have to pay to have that shipped back to them in order to get my refund for the charges they should not have charged to begin with. I was more than unsatisfied with this product and I would not recommend trying it.

I started use sheer cover about three weeks ago and i like it alot. It makes my face feel like I have nothing on. I have not had any problems with the product Sheer cover is not for every body, people have different skin so it going to work for different people, but i was disppointed when i open the box to see the little items in it I thought they would be bigger but i still like it.

I just got my sheer cover and the concealer looks and feels just like the Ben Nye creme makeup I used in my stage makeup class in college. Had I known that's what it was, I wouldn't have ordered it. I personally don't care for creme makeup as an everyday makeup because it's heavy. But if you do like it, I suggest saving some money and just buying Ben Nye's Creme Foundation for $7 and some cheap mineral powder from the drugstore. http://www.mallatts.com/commerce/product.jsp?prodId=272&catId=14

I purchased the trial product at the end of last year. Since that time I have received two additional kits. I am being charged two times every month- one the amount that they say that they are going to charge and then and addition $37.95 charge. This has occured every month since my original purchase. I reached out to customer service by email and one charge was removed but I was charged twice again the following month. When I spoke to customer service thet claim that it is the timing. However, any way you look at it I am being charged over $66.00 a month for a $29.95 product. I have canceled my account and would recommend to all to visit your local Ulta and purchase mineral makeup from there. The home delivery is not what they advertise.

I ordered the trial kit for 20 bucks 3 months ago and loved it. The brushes are poor quality so I use my brushed from the Bare Minerals kit I had also tried. Sheer Cover goes on so smooth and covers so well. My face used to break out with high end liquid foundations and Sheer Cover cleared my face up like silk. It's light, feels fresh and looks beautiful on. I did not care for the lip gloss that comes in the kit but the foundation and concealer are wonderful. I just ordered a create a kit with foundation, finishing powder, mousse blush and jumbo concealer for 80 bucks. You would not be able to get all that at Lancome, Este Lauder, etc. for only 80 bucks. As far as customer service I have only talked with very helpful and friendly people, my orders always come on time and I changed my shipping frequency to every 16 weeks with no problem. I have never had anything come out of my account without notice and they say the order comes in 2 to 3 weeks so they state plainly that there is a bit of a wait before it arrives at your doorstep. I give this product 5 stars and will never use anything else. It's worth a try people and if you don't like it, call and have them cancel your account. They might try to talk you out of it at first but they will do it if you're unhappy with the product.

I had been wanting to try this product since seeing the infomercial last year. Thay made it sound so great. I am sorry I did. I don't normally have any problems with other products, such as cover girl, maybelline, etc. But my face broke out with Sheer Cover. My eye lids are still red, itcy and dry. And I stopped using it 2 weeks ago.I don't have alot of money and my insurance won't cover a dermotoligist because its considered cosmetic problems. Therefore I have to live with it and hope it goes away. I am trying some hypo allergenic over the counter remedies. Hopefully it will get better. I returned the product to sheercover 2 weeks ago and haven't heard a thing and still no refund. I think they should be shut down. They don't seem to care this stuff can cause adverse reactions because they don't mention it in the infomercial and they should.

I tried sheer cover last september 2007 when i first saw the infomercial, paid $90+ for a 3mnth supply, so they say. well i canelled the future shipments because my face got extremely broken out with acne. and i am now currently seeing a dermatologist, and been on accutane to correct what sheer cover did. and just recently sheer cover contacted me to offer me a better price for their product 19.95 for a month supply. i told them no, wasn't interested, because it caused me to get acne. the rep says they had a lot of complaints about that, and have corrected their product. so i went ahead and allowed them to send me the product for 19.95. well i got it and it was the same size as when i got a three month supply back in sept of 2007. and i used it for one day and my face broke out horribly. so i would recommend not using this product.
