I have mostly white marble floors in my home...bucket and mop just moved dirt around, this product did a great job of picking the dirt up and leaving no streaks! It is a little on the flimsy side but if it is used as directed the mop really does all the work. Can't be in a hurry to use it but I really like it!

I spent over 150.00 on a Floormate machine and have tried countless microfiber mops, sprayjet mops, etc on my floors. We have laminate throughout our house and ceramic tile in the bathrooms. We also have 5 children and a dog. This is by far the best cleaner I have ever used on my floors. Finally, no icky residue. If you have a spot that is extremely sticky or grimy you just let the mop sit on it for a few extra seconds while pushing down on the handle to release the steam. I couldn't live with out this. I can clean all my floors in a fraction of the time and they look 3 times better!

I love the idea of the shark steam mop...cleaning the floor without chemicals. I bought one and found it easy to fill and the pad is easy to install. The trouble is as the pad gets damp it sticks to the floor and becomes hard to push. They need to reinvent the pad. I trim the center plastic from a disposable wet jet pad and use it. It works great with the steam mop. Just be careful to position it where it covers the whole bottom or you will scratch your floor.

I really didnt think this product was going to work because i had tried the H20 steam mop and it sucked so then i saw this infomercial and when i got it i loved it right away. We are always having parties at our house and people are drunk coming in and out with muddy shoes and in the morning its a breeze to clean up. And i know in instructions manual it tells you not to add chemicals but i do anyways just for a fresher smell. I would definately recommend this product!

We have seven dogs and an all tile & slate home - this product got the doggie stains off the white tile - it took a couple of times - but it did the job !!!!!!!!! Easy to use

It really does the job on Mexican SAultillo flooors. My floors have deep gtou and things like Swiffer Sweeper don't get into the grooves..Shark Steam Mop does. Nice, thorough, truly cleaning. Only draw back is the pad..gets dirty really fast, doesn't clena well and costs $30 for 3 on internet!! NOT CHEAP

This product is junk. I tried it the first time, and I thought well you must not know what you are doing, so i read and tried it again and hated it. It looks like it just guides across the floor but you actually have to push it. I got this for my mother and she had me return it, and of course you are out your shipping both ways, what a waste of money and time...

This is truly a product worth the money. We have a pet filled home, and there is always a lot of cleaning going on. We have travertine floors, and they are very difficult to clean. I love not having to use chemicals on my floor now. Bleach was the only way to kill germs before, and now I use only the steam mop. I wash the floors every day, and noticed within 2 days that my floors were cleaner than ever. The stone actually got brighter. CLEAN! The house smells so fresh after I'm done. My husband laughed at me when I unpacked it, even the first couple of times I used it. Then there was no comment for awhile. Last week he finally admited that he thought it was pretty awesome. It actually is enjoyable to use, no muss, no fuss, heats fast. I do advise pouring just a half cup of water on the floor before using it. the extra moisture helps to produce more steam...just my opinion. I wish they made a more commerical quality brand for larger houses, and heavier cleaning issues,but until they do....this is the mop!!

I love this mop. When i told my aunt i bought it she and her husband told me i wasted my money. When i took it to her house and cleaned her floors she told me she was going to buy one for her house. They thought it did an excellent job. She compared it to when she cleaned her floors herself.

My whole house is white tile floors and the Shark Steam Mop works great, especially for someone with a bad back! Cleaning all the floors in my house with the Shark Steam Mop took about 70% less time than the bucket and mop I used to use. The only think I would change is to be able to add more water at the start of cleaning my floors. I vow to never ever go without a steam mop again!

I had hoped this product would actually work on my ceramic tile floors. However, it did not. It has a lot of steam for the illusion that your floors are getting a deep cleaning. I was unimpressed with this product and returned it.

I just got this at [] after watching the infomercial. I LOVE it. It does not streak my laminate flooring. You do have to scrub a bit to get off hardened particles but it is great on the everyday stuff. I have puppy prints from a dog that goes in and out and it cleans them right off. Fast too. I heats up in no time.

We like this product and are excited that our floors are clean without chemicals. The only problem with it would be the fact that you need to position the pad properly, otherwise, it will scratch the floor. I hope we will not have problems with time passing with the pads sticking to the machine .

I just got this steam mop after another brand I owned no longer worked. I think this one works better than my other. The pads are very large and hold a lot of dirt and steam so the floor dries almost instantly. I used it on a white kitchen floor (vinyl) and old linoleum tiles that are chipped. It picked up lots of dirt and made the house smell clean. I have 11 cats and two dogs so I clean my floors often. Much nicer than mop and bucket and much cheaper than the disposable brands. I figure it will pay for itself in about two months. I would reccomend buying it at a store to save on shipping and the ability to return it with not shipping if it does not live up to expectations.
