I brought the product hoping the cleaning process would go much faster. The first time I used the product the cleaning time was triple a regular mop and bucket. I had to wait forever for the steam. I didn't finish cleaning a third of the floor and it was already time to refill and wait all over again. When I tried cleaning the toilet there was so little steam coming out it was pointless. It took six weeks for them to deliver it and by the time I tried it the time to return the product already lapsed. I got so upset I hide it in the garage for months. I tried the product again a few days ago and there was no steam at all. I waited for more than half an hour...got so frustrated reread the manual to see if I did everything correctly. Unplugged the thing and tried again it still did not work. Took the handle apart to see if anything is coming out...nothing whatsoever. I got so upset I threw it in the trash. I brought many infomercial products in my lifetime and there are some good and some bad. The steam blaster is the worst product I ever brought!

For those who give this product 1 star maybe need to let their mothers try it. I love it, I totally cleaned my sofa set fridge, baseboards, mirrors, glass, My big screen TV. Even experimented with a crumpled shirt where I was too lazy to sit there and iron, how with this thing at least now I cann lay it on the iron board. I don't know I just got it today and used it for over 3 hours. The time it took to recharge, cool and fill up I took out my broom and swept up all the (i can't swear) dirt it blows out. If you have an area rug this thing will make it look brand new. All you have to be is optimistic and you will see for yourself. I just bought an ebike and this is now my new toy!

never think much of infomercials. Saw the shark but was reluctant to buy. My friend bought one and I tried it out as well. My oven looks new again, my kitchen was never cleaner. On hard surfaces it works great. Did not try it on carpet though (we have none)

This is not a bad product, it does work and I did try setting it over a old stain in the carpet it did fade it. I only wish that they invented the nozel not square but angeled to get i corners. It does not get theree so you have to scrub anyway. If possible mabey they can inprove here and sell attachments I have alresdy boughtmine. But it does work and I hate scrubbing my floors you cant get them clean. This did the job. Christine

I purchased this item in a store, took it home excited to try it out on my new apartment. What a disappointment! After filling the unit I waited for the steam to get hot...it never did. After 10 minutes I tried the steam on a rust spot in the bathroom sink. The rust is still there. I then tried it on a soiled grout areas...they are still the same colour I started with before the steamer. Although the steam was not hot, it did come out of the unit in powerful bursts but seemed to leave more water in its wake than anything else. In the end, I found a mop my handiest tool for dealing with the results of my new cleaning tool. Needless to say, I returned the unit to the store and had the clerk tell me that all the units originally purchased had been returned! I wish I knew that BEFORE I purchased the product.

Spent more time filling the machine and waiting for it to cool off. Product steams about 5 minutes, turn it off, wait about 20 minutes for it to cool off and then refill it. Cap is pressurized and if it has any pressure on the vessel it blows out and burns you

THis product works great. We moved in to a house that had dirt stucked on the tile. The grout was also black. We thought it was the real color of the grout. Anyways, I used the vinyl brush that came with the steam blaster and it took out the dirt of the grout. I thought it would take a lot longer to clean it, but it just took a few scrubs to clean the dirt. The steam blaster is effective. The only problem is that it doesnt hold much steam. It needs to heat up water every 5 mins or so.

I absolutely love this steam cleaner. I had seen the infomercial several times and always wanted to get it but never did just because I didn't know if it would really work like it showed on TV.. well, it does. I ordered it a few weeks ago and it does SUCH an awesome job! I've yet to have anything that it didn't clean. I've actually had 3 friends order one after they saw how well mine worked.

The claims that the add makes for this product are a complete joke! It doesn't hold enough water,takes forever to heat up, then when it does you only have a few seconds of effective steam! The bathroom the add shows the guy cleaning in an hour or so would take about 2-3 weeks with the way this works!!!! Don't waste your money like I did giving this thing a try. 65 bucks in the hole Thanks for nothing Steam Blaster!!!!!!!!
