This product did not work as advertised. It made cleaning more of a pain in the butt. I sent the product back to the manufacturer but they claimed they did not receive it and refused to refund the costs. Their product is crap and they stole my money.

I had stick on window tint on patio door and windows. It worked great to get the goo off with use of a razor blade and the steam.

My wife and I bought this product shortly after our wedding. I will say that it does not clean as quickly as I tought and yes, in most cases, it is quicker to use house hold cleaning products. BUT, those who complain about this are missing the point. Those cleaning products and not good for you or the environment. I am not a hippie by any means, but it is better for your family, the environment, and your wallet to use water and 5 extra minutes.

I found this product does work, but it takes alot of steam to clean things that I could clean in half the time old fashioned way. Also, it is small, so you can't clean alot of stuff at once. It is good for very hard to reach places, like corners of shower doors. I can't stand cleaning solution smells so it is good if you really have to avoid that issue.

I used Shark Steam to clean the grease off the stove. It took a lot of time for the grease to come off. I would have to clean the little scrubber because there would be grease build up. Also takes time for letting it cool down and heating up the water. Can not clean a lot with a little more than a cup of water in the base. It takes too much time. I rather clean the old fashion way.

I bought this thinking it could not be as good as it was shown on TV, but I would give it a try anyway. I was THRILLED to find out that what you see on the television set really IS what you get at home! The heat time is very fast, and it is very easy to refill. You get about 10-30 minutes of steam basd on the job that you are doing. I've used it to clean the grill on my parrot's cage (a very messy and icky job), to clean the toilets and sinks in the bathrooms, and to get stains out of my white countertop, all with great results. My brother and sister-in-law used it to strip wallpaper that had been up for years. My mother even loved mine so much she went out and bought one for herself! I'd say this is one of those "must" products out there!
