People that buy this garbage are as pathetic as the people that manufacture it. Yes it's not your fault you're fat - it's stress and a nasty little hormone! Give me a break. If you want to get rid of stubborn belly fat then stop eating shit junk food, go exercise and stop taking useless pills just because when they inevitably don't work you can blame them instead of yourself.

I was taking both Paxil AND Zanex to help with my extreme anxiety, mood swings, and depression. I started weaning myself of off the prescriptions because I just didn't want to be on all of that. As with any prescription mood relaxeer, I started feeling the "brain electro shocks" right away while getting off the prescriptions. I have only taken Relacore now for two days and the adverse effects of getting off the other pills are now GONE! Not only that but I slept so well last night. Not hungry all day. Everything works differently on different people. I would say its worth a shot. You can get it for under $20 a bottle if you do your research. Give it a shot.!

This is just an expensive vitamin B capsule with a few other inert additives. If you want to reduce stress go buy a $5 bottle of B vit. at the drug store. As far as weight loss, it does not do anything for you..... you still need to get off your lazy butt and workout.

I will keep this brief. I bought this product, it did not reduce any belly fat, and I did not notice any difference in stress levels. Very ingenious marketting, it actually looks like a prescription.....but it doesn't live up to it's promise. Save your money and go for a walk instead!

relacore is norotious for reducing stress and anxiety, i took it this morning and my hands went out of control shaking, i was so light headed i couldnt stand up, it made my menstrual cramps times 1000! i ended up throwing up five times before i felt better. relacore may work, but im not going to sit around going through this shit everyday just to MAYBE lose some belly fat. fuck relacore.

My wife and I took this.. we shared a bottle while taking it for a test drive.. neither of us lost any weight. Another thing that Relacore is suppose to do is calm you down, help relax your stress.. I don't know about my wife but I had an opposite reaction. I feel sorry for my wife because I knew I was being mean, being short with her and snapping.. almost trying to start an argument. I'm usually not like that.. very odd reaction indeed. Both my wife and I were glad when we stopped taking this product. Even if it worked as far as losing weight, I wouldnt want to put my wife through that hell.

Good product for stabilizing your mood if you tend to have wierd mood swings causing you to "spaz out" easily which then leads you to binge eat bc your "episode" left you drained .After a few weeks of taking this product I was handling the same stresses w/ more ease. This in turn helped me eat less bc I wasnt always looking for a sugary snack, or something with enough caffine to kill a horse(Starbucks w/triple shot cant even touch me!)to pick me up. Wt loss is minimal with just the pills if you dont eat right & exercise.I have stopped taking the product from time to time bc I hate spending so much on a vitamin, but when the pills go, some of my sanity goes too. My conclusion: better to be overwieght and happy about it rather than having people wonder if maybe you should go back to your home planet!

My husband started to take Relacore for weight loss. He didn't lose weight but he noticed he felt better. So, I started taking it for stress. It might not help with weight loss but it's a HUGE help with my stress and moods. Like another reviewer said, it makes things seem not so bad. So for weight loss, look else where. For stress, this is a great product!

I read all reviews 1st but was so tired of my night eating that when I saw it in [] for just $19 Id decided to try. What can I say? Still not sure... Use it for 2 weeks only and have 2 things to say; 1 - Im not so hungry as I was before by nights. Is it Relacore or just me - have no idea! 2 - Im sleepy as a hell!!! Today I just cannot open my eyes - thats why Im here: to see how other people react. And I see that some had the same results. Its almost 1 pm but I still cannot start my normal day! So I give it 3 stars as I actually lost 5 pounds already. But Im not sure why....

I boughtthis product and nothing happened, I called the company and they told me that results might not show unless you take it for like 2-3 months. I was mad, why isnt that on the bottle? For your body to fully uise this product you have to take it for months. And then after that nothing might still not happen. Bad scam.

3/5/2007 - Kaye of North Carolina, USA writes:
Relicore is a hoax. I used it for 2 months and it did nothing. This product is one of the biggest BS I have ever tried. Just like the Nutri-System diet. My daughter has been on it for 2 months and lost 7 lbs. she asked them about that and they told her that it takes 3 months to start working. in other words it's gonna cost you around nine hundred dollars to really start seeing results. BS

2/26/2007 - Tara of Mississippi, USA writes:
I did not feel that this product worked. I used it according to the label but still felt the hunger pains and did not notice any major improvement in my stress levels or my waistline.

1/19/2007 - Sandra of Tennessee, USA writes:
I took the relacore for a month and I didn't loose a pound! It does not work, it only made me feel VERY tired 24/7!!! Do not spend your money with this product.

1/13/2007 - Stephanie of Colorado, USA writes:
Well i found that it really halps with stress. Alot of people's weight gain is caused by stress and this help...beacuse it makes you not want to eat as much, which makes you feel better about your self! It worked for me, i would suggest it to you also.

10/19/2006 - Teri of California, USA writes:
What a fool I was to think that this was going to work. I didn't lose any weight. Waste of money. I followed the directions and nothing happened.

9/23/2006 - Kay of California, USA writes:
Don't even bother. This doesn't do a thing for you! The pharmacist told me that she tried it and lost 10 pounds. I guess you have to have lots of stress in your life to have it work. I have gone through two divorces, a kid on drugs, a kid attempting suicide, and several deaths in my family. Guess that's not enough stress to make the product work.

9/14/2006 - Melba of Texas, USA writes:
I tried this product and took it as described. It didn't do anything for belly fat. It actually made me more moody than I normally am. I didn't lose one pound. soooo not worth the money

8/22/2006 - Tamara of Texas, USA writes:
Could this be a placebo?--Absolutely nothing happened--no change, nothing. After my experience,I read that the makers of this product are always in court--Read about who you are buying from and the other products that they make that don't work--A Real Eye Opener!

8/10/2006 - Tony of New York, USA writes:
Save your money and your time this product does nothing. Used it as directed for 3 months, while I did actually increase my exercise, and NIL. I lost a few pounds but nothing in the stomach area as advertised.

7/26/2006 - Angela of Arizona, USA writes:
I was sooooo disappointed in Relacore. It leads me to believe that in the commercial for the before picture the person is probably pushing their stomach out, then for the after picture they are probably sucking it in. Anyhow, this product did nothing for me. I took it as directed for 3 months and think it was just such a waste of money. I didn't notice a change in my mood: Especially as the months went by, and i wasn't noticing any loss of inches it only made me mad. I would never recommend this product to anyone. Use your money to go to the gym and run a treadmill.
