This is a waste of money! I bought this product at [] and it sounded fantastic. I followed all the instructions and it made me ill. I felt very bloated, my heart raced, sleep was impossible and I actually gained 4 pounds taking one complete bottle because I couldn't go to the bathroom. Save your hard earned cash and just take a walk every day--it will do you a lot more good than this!
