I purchased the Reclaim products and was not happy with so I returned them. They refused to gvie me a refund as I had a Hurricane which cut off all phones, computers any means of communication this was explained to rep and there answer was oh well too bad we have your money and you get back the crummy products. This is a joke! Products are worthless! Victoria's Secret is out they are rip offs and do not live up to their promises.
Too heavy for my skin...

These products look to like it was too heavy for my skin (even with the SPF-15 lotion I had ordered instead as alternative), being that I have also oily skin made it even twice as oily, even with some breakouts. I do not recommend this product to people with younger skin as well as in their 20s. This product just completely sucked on my skin and made it look worse. The all-new touted Eyefirmation Serum it's consistency was too much and I had to keep on rubbing it down under my eyes to try to make it absorb well-enough, which didn't so such a good job at that. The Eyefirmation Serum is more of a lotion, less of a serum (that really should be explain well enough when advertising). I found these products to be horrible for me, maybe it will work better with just dry skin, not sure. There definitely on the other hand has to be other products that are affordable and work better than Principal Secret's Reclaim line instead of investing on high-end retail skin care products as well.

I used this product for a couple of months going through all of the ritual steps. My favorite of them is the cleanser in the jar, which is a mild exfoliant. When I exfoliate though, I do prefer something grittier, that gets the job done more effectively. I can't really say anything bad about these products except that they cost way too much. The hand held, battery operated device is useful for cleansing and the various sized sponges and brush heads are nice BUT you can buy the equivalent of the very same device in a local discount store at a MUCH lower price. In my opinion (what with having used anything and everything on the market throughout the years) these products are good,yes. They are also overpriced and over-rated. You can get the SAME RESULTS by buying similar products at a drug store or discount store at a substantially LOWER price!!! I don't have bad skin except for an occasional pimple or two. I am middle aged (closer to sixty than to 50, and usually guessed to be in my 40's). I have only a few fine lines and no deepened wrinkles. I have good skin from remaining faithful as to it's care throughout the years, by way of products that were NOT bought via Infomercials. Yes, I've given most all of them a trial period, which taught me a lot. Fact is OF COURSE you will have results by following the suggested regimine with the Principle Secret products, HOWEVER, IF you buy cheaper products that are comparable with all of the same reasonings for your skin. You will STILL get the same results and have money left over! This will be due to you remaining faithful to your daily regimine! I think that many times the sales pitch for these type of things, encourage the buyers to get on, and stick to a regimine, which they normally would not be doing. Go to your local chain discount store, buy the same type of products and REMAIN on your regimine, while saving yourself some money. No matter how many tongue-twisting words that they choose to use, as the MAGIC SECRET INGREDIENT there is NO magic here!! Don't you think that many more companies would also be using the magic IF it existed?? The SECRET is to keep your face well cleansed, toned and moisturized, whether it was purchased from a movie star OR a discount store. SAME RESULTS.

I am hooked on PS products and have been for over a year now. I needed something to bring back the healthy appearance of my skin due to lack of hormones and decided to give these a try. I am thrilled with the results and feel great about my skin again. I have had fantastic customer service. They are so willing to help customize an order, change a delivery date or return a product. I have had a slight reaction to one or two of the products, but there is that risk with any product and there are so many to choose from it hasn't been a problem. I highly recommend this line of skin care.

I use 5 products everyday. I have very dry skin and these products work! I saw the Cindy Crawford infomercial and read their comments and they were terrible! Especially for dry skin like mine. I will not switch and will stay with PS. PS works very well for me. I have been a faithful user for over a year and will keep using it. This product is not a gimmick. It does work. Tell the customer service rep what you want and your type of skin and they will put a program together for you. I did and it works great!

I have been looking for a skin treatment for some time now. I had been noticing signs of aging in my skin. I am 34 years old and thought this is the time to do something! I was so excited to try reclaim. I had read the other reviews and decided I would try it and add my own review after I had given it a chance...It is everything I had been looking for. Light on the skin, you don't feel it dripping off when you sweat! 5 months later, my skin looks great. Hydrated, clear with almost no more blackheads! It is amazing stuff! If you had to purchase all of this in a department store you would be spending four times the price. Don't waste your money with the 30day supply. Go streight for the 90day, that is what you really need to see results. good luck!

Fantastic product. My skin was extremely smooth after using the cleanser and the crteam together! The cleanser works immediately where you can feel and see it tingling. The lines are smoother when using the eye cream but you have to use it regularly over 2 weeks or longer. Lovedit!

I really like these products. I used them in my 20's and now again in my 40's. In my 30's I was too busy for mail order but it has since become easier with customized automatic plans. Aging has caused dryness and the day and night moisturizers are great. I love the VERY light feel and smell to them. Nothing feels heavy. The lip glosses are great. I have used the original line and the new one for older skin. There are so many great products. The only one I have not liked is the blemish buster solution. It is drying, smells like sulpher and does not work for me. I take advantage of the automatic shipments and customer service is always prompt, friendly and helpful. It is annoying how they try to sell you more stuff at the end of every call, but it's their job. I have never been charged wrong or incorrectly. I have never had to return anything. Their web site is lacking and you have to do everything thru customer service which isn't always convenient, but not a huge drawback since CS is good. I don't think every product works for everyone. But this one is worth a try. My son asked me what I use to make my skin so smooth. I have to say these products give me a great start.

I love this product and have been using it for years. The only problem I have is the customer service. It is horrible. I highly recommend Principal Secret however you may reconsider due to the service. I got so angry this last time that I canceled my membership. I am going to try something new, but more than likely go back to PS because it truly is the best product out there as far as I am concerned.

Although I really like this product, the service is really bad. I am unable to reach this company by phone (they never answer, even after being on hold 20 minutes), email (it comes back as undeliverable) or by submitting questions on their website (they don't respond). At this point, I don't even know what the status of my account is. Their messages and correspondence claim this is "due to high demand." One would think that if the demand were so high, they could hire a few more people to answer the phones.

I love this product! I have used it for one month, and I can tell a big difference in my skin. I have had several complitments on how my skin glows. I do see a difference in my fine lines around my eyes as well. Im 38, and people are guessing me to be anywhere from 26 to 29. I love it!!!

Absolutely the best..anywhere to be found. For a reasonable amount of money you get all you need for fabulous skin for a lifetime and no animal testing! Everything is so inviting..fresh smelling, creamy not overly heaviness, cleanser get skin really clean without striping. I used Victoria Secret products years ago but had to give up when the Cdn/US exhange rate made them too expensive. About a year ago, I started up again with their new Reclaim line. I can't say enough about these products. I'm 49 years' old; lines had started to appear on my skin. Within a month of use, I started seeing very positive changes. A client I hadn't seen in six months remarked on my youthful appearance. When I told her about the Reclaim products she confided that she thought I was getting Botox treatments! My favorite products are the cleanser, which smells so fresh and good that I look forward to using it, the mask, which leaves my skin feeling very clean, the wrinkle retreat lip wand, which gives my lips a nice, natural looking fullness, and the Skin Refining Thermal Treatment, which is like Botox in a tube. The Lip Wand, and Skin Refining Thermal Treatment are not part of the basic package however, but well worth the cost. My only complaint is that the mask runs out much faster than the other products, so I would recommend that the company adjusts the quantity of this product to last until next shipment. The other products last about four months; I always have plenty left when the next shipment comes in. I highly recommend these products.

I love this product. I have been using it for 1 year and have had wonderful experiences with the customer service. I do wish the day cream jar was larger. My skin feels smooth and soft. 80% of my wrinkles are gone. I am 43 and people have guessed my age at 32. I recommend this product.

I've been using the Advanced line for years and have recently tried a couple of the reclaim products. I love the Advanced cleanser, daytime moisturizing cream, and enzyme mask especially. There are also several special moisturizing products for extremely dry skin or facials. The Reclaim night and day moisturizers are fairly light, but work well on my dry skin and leave my skin looking fresh. The Reclaim eye cream also visibly helps with the puffiness and fine lines. I like that the scents of all the products are very light and do not cause an allergic reaction. (I also have to say that I've used the products for almost 8 years and have only excellent results with customer service, returns, customizations, postponing shipments, etc.)
Nothing special, tiny quantities

I was disappointed. Products were nothing remarkable. The quantities were completely inadequate to last the amount of time they are supposed to. Don't know how you can clean your face with a pinhead's worth of cleanser. I am tiny, but not that tiny...

I used Principal Secret Advanced a few years back and it was excellent! My skin was soft and smooth and I was very pleased. I stopped buying it when I went to University as I needed all the money I could get. Last year, I got Principal Secret Reclaim. It did absolutely nothing for me and the smell of it is disgusting. I didn't have any allergic reactions....I had NO reaction at all! Advanced was was better....its a shame they changed it!
Product Good - Service Totally Apalling

As much as I love the product I am thoroughly disgusted with the complete lack of service that has been consistent over the years. On this particular occasion, I am at my wits end and enough is enough. I am at the bottom of my jar and urgently need to re-order, however I am prevented from doing so. Currently I am trying to purchase another order via telephone because it will be different to my usual order. For the third time in 2 days , there is no one to take my call only a pre-recorded message that someone will phone me back within 24 hours. That would be great if I were to be contactable by telephone during this time (which because of the nature of my job, I am not). I am at the stage that I will return to [] skin care, at least I can race into a store and purchase at my freedom and not []. Victoria, your standards are below par and that is a reflection upon your your integrity as a business woman and your virtue in representing a product that you personally endorse. The buck stops with you my dear.
Principle Secret Worked For Me

I saw the commerical for Principle Secret and decided to give it a try, after all Victoria Principe does look great for her age. Despite the price, because it was a bit exspensive, I made the call. I loved it! The tinted moisturizer was great! I have redness and larger pores. One day the tinted moisturizer was all I put on, the coverage was pleasing. The blemish buster worked well and as for the eye relief gel, well I used it all around my eyes, mouth and nose. This is the only skin care that I would ever use. No complaints and best of all, I found the customer service, friendly, positive and all too willing to help out with any concerns, issues or problems, both good and bad.
Principal Secret products have changed

I started using Principal Secret products at least 8 yrs. ago. I would try other product, always looking for something better, but always returned to PS. Then they stopped making the original line, which was great when my skin is sensitive, such as if it broke out after trying another product, or after a peel. So that was sad. But I loved the Reclaim, so it was a good substitute. At first. But at the end of 2007, the formula changed. It is thicker and greasier and takes forever to rinse off...and if I don't rinse thoroughly...BUMPS, has a plasticy chemical smell, makes bumps on my chest. The REclaim moisturizer was forfour years a fine quality moisturizer. But I have no doubt the makers hae skimped on quality because it shows on my face. I'm in search of somethingI can love as much as I once loved the OLD Principal Secret products. Shame on Guthy-Renker.
