It's just to heavey

10/30/2007 - Jacqueline of California, USA writes:

I received my Pressa Bella 2 weeks ago and haven't even tried it. I just took it out of the box and felt that it was much to heavey. After reading all the reviews, I'm sending it back. Good thing I saved the box. I can't believe no return address lables like HSS OR the others. I'm sure that this is a fake and I will never order anything from them again.

it's ah-ight.... depending on who you ask.

10/6/2007 - Stephanie & Lenny of Ohio, USA writes:

this product is ok @ best. my husband and i are always looking for ways to cut down on our prep time in the mornings. when we purchased the bella we were also looking for an iron to replace our dollar store iron that we purchased years ago. my husband (who doesnt excite easily) was very excited about getting the bella and the "baby" bella that comes with it for our 12 year old son and daughter. i paid extra for the "baby" bella & shipping so that we could get the iron an start using it right away. it took 3-4 weeks to get that iron and i paid extra for shipping (35.00)and the iron is heavy, the plate only gets "warm", the top that twist to fill the steamer gets stuck alot because of poor construction, the steam is combustable (dont overfill!), and you have to constantly refill the steamer. my husband hasnt used it since the first week we got it because the steamer takes like 5 minutes to get going and for the oyher reasons mentioned it was a huge waste of about $100, he still uses the no name dollar store iron. i use the bella because if its not being tempermental, its a little better than our old iron- i just have to iron the night before. because of the tempermental nature of the product the kids arent allowed to use the "baby" bella. its in our junk closet. to the ladies reading this rating and can understand have a "thrifty" husband who looks @ you crazy when expencive purchases go wrong- men 1 women 0.

Big Yellow Joke!

8/14/2007 - Ricky of Illinois, USA writes:

I think that I, will just piggy back on what every one has said. It sucks. I generally check out reviews before I purchase somthing, shame on me this time. I just whish I had reviewed it first. I purchased mine [] for $30.00 plus $10.00 shipping. Pretty inexpensive, only to find out it was not new, it had been used probably one of the returns from the new puchasers. But anyuway dont buy from [] either.

Rip Off

8/5/2007 - Sherry of Florida, USA writes:

You must fill the iron 2-3 times to complete one item. It presses well but takes too long to finish because it has to be refilled so often. Then, if you return the items, they rip you off on the S&H. $30.00 is not refundable. When ordering, there is no way to cancel the order or change the order because there is no human on the other end of the phone. I did try to cancel it.

Poor Design

5/20/2007 - Fusako of North Carolina, USA writes:

I was interested is purchasing a very light steam iron that which would penetrate heavy clothing while cutting my ironing time. The Pressa Bella is heavy and requires too much time to develop a head of steam and the seam is depleted before finishing ironing one pair of pants. The idea of the Pressa Bella is good but the design and pre-market testing was poor and the cost of the iron is far too costly for the product received.

waste of time

5/16/2007 - Julie of Nebraska, USA writes:

Just got from []. By the time it was heated, water dripped all over the pair of pants I wanted to iron. By the time it stopped, I finished the pants and I was finished with the water--turnoff, unplug, wait to cool down, just to refill, for what, enough steam for one pair of pants. Returning tomorrow!

try reading the box

5/9/2007 - Bob of Connecticut, USA writes:

The Pressa Bella is garbage, but if your not intelligent enough to read the address it came from or call your credit card company to get a contact number then you deserve to be scammed. The iron was a nice idea, but the cheap price should have beena dead giveaway that the item was junk. never steams, always drips. I returned mine a week ago.

works great -- love the boiler

3/12/2007 - Lyndsy of Florida, USA writes:

This ferrari like product is sleek and fun... an iron and a steamer... wonderful concept, a bit heavy, but overall I love it. I would recommend the product and thought the infomercial looked like a blast - hosts are engaging and fun - would recommend

Pressa Bella dissapointment

3/4/2007 - Jan of Pennsylvania, USA writes:

This whole experience has been a joke from the getgo. Beginning with the ordering process of "talking with the computer" and repeatedly trying to get an upgrade when you responded no the first time. The only plus to the whole thing was receiving the iron in 4 days instead of the 2 to 6 weeks stated when ordering. The iron is very heavy and is not easy to use when pressing garments while hanging. I purchased this with the use in mind of fast steaming for many garments for a musical production. It dripped, and did not put out the steam it was promoted to put out. I did not receive an invoice or anything that told me how to return this product. My advice to to anyone thinking about buying this iron. Don't waste your time or money.

PRESSA BELLA STEAM IRON

3/1/2007 - Joe of Arizona, USA writes:

The Pressa Bella Steam Iron is not what it is advertised to be. There is no way to return it. I want my money back but how do it get it? There is no return instructions in the box when received. Potential customers should be advised that this is a scam. I spend more time refilling it with water than I iron. This is a piece of crap.

it is not worth the money

2/28/2007 - Armen of California, USA writes:

I agree with the previous rating. I went through exactly the same ordering process. Moreover, it operates worse than shown on TV. I ended up spending more time making sure everything is done by the book than actually ironing/steaming. Even after following all the "rules of engagement", it still dripped water and used all the steam by the end I finished with one pair of pants. I'm planning to return this product for a full refund. Thanks to the Mozilla Firefox search engine I was able to locate the website which outlines return procedure - link is referenced below. The information on return of this product was not included in the original shipment. [] Thank you.

How do I return this $109.80 iron?

2/26/2007 - Richard of Florida, USA writes:

Called to buy this iron. Took 30 minutes of upgrade this and buy that and it took forever trying to sell more than I wanted. Ended up $109.80 for "Deluxe" model that was supposed to be $79.00 iron... Talking to machined, so everytime I answered "no" I did not want to take advantage of another great deal, the machine started the sales pitch over. Ended with no confirmation number, there is no information on "Returns". The BAD part is I ironed 1/8 of a pair of pants and was out of water. I am not going to spend more time filling it with water, than I do ironing. I only have on the average 4 items to iron, and this iron will not work for me, especially for that triple price...!!! I strongly advise everyone NOT to buy this iron. Because from the looks and feel of this deal, I'm stuck with it.
