I ordered this product about a week ago. Its a piece of junk. I sent mine in because there had to be somthing wrong with it, but I recieved another set that did the same thing. If you want to buy a real item that works, I can build you some for 5$

I just got this today, and maxed out a pathetic 10 push ups. I will follow the 21 days program to see if it actually works. So far on the first session, I did the wide and close routine in reps of 8-6-4-2. I must say i feel the burn through my biceps and chest. I don't know if it help the ab cause I don't feel the burn at all. The program recommend me to rest 1 day and do push up one day. I think on the rest days I will do sit ups to tone my ab. I'm not fat at all, in fact i'm very lean but with weak upper body strength, so i don't know if it will help lose weight. I just bought it so I can gain some upper body, and so far it working out okay.

This is not anything new, if anyone here actually works out or has been to a gym you probably have seen a similiar product. The construction on this is okay, but honestly you can go to any sports store that sell equipment and by the same type of pushup product. As far as the push up being perfect that still going to be a reflection of your overall form so the handles do not help facilitate that. That is something the moron who is using this product has to figure out. Nothing new here, gave it a 3 because if used properly it and consitstantly is a great tool but there is nothing new here or for that matter anthying improved upon.

I use the perfect push ups as part of my minimalist workout routine. I feel stronger everytime I use it. I find I'm tightening everying from my arms to my shoulders to my abs to my buttocks to push out the last pushups at the end of my repetitions. I feel energized at the end of each set. Walking and situps is the only other active parts of my overall program. At 54, I'm fit and trim, my arms are nicely toned with no swinging under-flab, and my overrall conditioning is maintained by using this product. I love it!

I was surprised this product was so good. I have used regular pushup handles for years. This just allows your hands to move as you do the pushup. You feel the exercise work different muscles. It's an improvement. I use them 3 or 4 times a week. They are well built but the pads on the handles could be softer.

I enjoy this product! You will definitely feel muscles being used and shocked that you would never feel using normal pushups. My friends love trying it out and then are shocked to find they can only do several at some of the harder positions. I MUST say this though... IF YOU ARE 190 lbs. OR MORE... I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT! Although I will keep mine, I don't expect it to last very long. The rotate base is not wide enough to handle the force from heavier wieghts applied to it, causing the plastic that holds the handle to begin to seperate, exposing where the handle fits in. I constantly have to push the plastic back together, and Im sure that procedure won't last forever. GREAT PRODUCT, YET, POOR QUALITY PLASTIC, AND NOT WIDE ENOUGH BASE AROUND THE HANDLE! Good Luck with whatever you choose to do as far as buying... Peace
