It Works!

2/15/2008 - Tom of NY, USA writes:

I've always done pushups as part of my exercise program. I had seen the infomercial for the "perfect pushup" and it looked interesting. When I found it at a store for $19.95 I bought it. The VERY FIRST TIME I used it, I could feel the results in my whole upper body and it even extented to my stomach. This device really works. I highly recommend it. Itr's inexpensive, well made and gets results.

Great Product

2/11/2008 - Mike of Florida, USA writes:

I would reccomend this product to anyone who wants to get big, and wants to avoid paying for a gym membership. When you can have your own gym at home. Do more than the minimum drill plan they give yo and you'll be big in no time! iv'e only had it for 2 weeks and already see a significant difference!

Works if you use them

2/11/2008 - Andrew of Washington, USA writes:

Makes push ups harder to do but really works you out. Product works if you work it. Just could really do without the whole, "invented by a Navy Seal"... whooptidoo...

Who needs rotator cuffs?

2/4/2008 - Chrisse of Massachusetts, USA writes:

I attempted to use and found that the grips were just too big for me, and trying to just gain proper control seemed impossible! My boyfriend used regularly, despite continued aggravation in his shoulder (caused by using these), and now he has torn his rotator cuff. Yuck!

Much More efficient workout!

1/22/2008 - Randy of Alaska, USA writes:

This product is awesome, I used to do 100 pushups a day within 2 mins for a simple workout. Now I do 3, 2 min pyramids with wide, narrow and standard grips and the results are amazing. Makes pushups fun so you dont mind doing them, and its great to see results. I wish I could follow the 21 day program but I accidently threw the chart away, If anyone wants to scan a copy and email to [] id love to follow their program and recored the results.

Good product for the money.

1/20/2008 - Jon of California, USA writes:

Found the Perfect Pushup at a local retailer for $20. Decided to give it a try for the days I don't go to the gym. I think its main advantages are that it helps you to use better form while doing push ups, and makes you use more muscles while doing them. It seems well constructed for its intended usage. However like most workout gadgets it is not the end all product the infomercial makes it out to be. Instead it is best used on those days you want to workout at home, say during commercials on tv. With the Perfect Pushup, a rowing machine and a couple sets of dumbbells I get a nice light workout at home.

Great product- this time you don't get robbed

1/4/2008 - jon of New York, USA writes:

Well built, effective, actually takes some of the incidental pain out of pushups, workout plan is well laid out. It could be a few bucks less, but you will get the product you think you are paying for.

Kinda nice but....

12/10/2007 - James of Illinois, USA writes:

I am big and the grips are too big for most people, hence the hand is not able to grasp properly and the strain is on the metacarpals. I can grip it strong enough in one hand for the hand muscles (meat) to hold and cushion. But the other hand is painful. It would be helpful if the MFG reduce the size of the grips. The plastic is kinda cheap too. I expected more from something designed by a Navy SEAL. You have to rotate your shoulders and if you do it wrong or too much o way, you will bind your acromion and do actual damage. BE CAREFUL!

They really work

12/3/2007 - Brad of Arizona, USA writes:

I did purchase my perfect pushup from [], so didn't pay 40.00, but after using them a few times, I think I would have paid more. I do alot of pushups using bars (and with weight on my back), and these work better. I really feel it, in my chest. I agree that the dvd should come with the product.

A different type of pushup

11/20/2007 - Will of Virginia, USA writes:

I purchased this with a group of friends at work to do a pushup competition. Basically, we do pushups 3 times a day and record it. Anyway, the Perfect Pushup is a good motivator, and if you are used to doing pushups, it is more comfortable on the joints because it allows movement and gives you a different range of motion which can make the pushups harder. If you are into doing pushups, I would recommend it. The quality is decent and looks like it would last a while. We have only been doing this a week.

Overpriced, but effective.

11/3/2007 - Khalil of California, USA writes:

Yeah, it's overpriced, and overhyped, but if you know what to expect (good for shoulders, chest, triceps) it's very effective for a bodyweight workout. Being able to isolate pump out reps without straining wrists is nice. I do feel a little chumped that I spent $40 on these, but I'll wait to see a generic copycat before I feel *really* bad. Oh, that the full exercize guide is sold separately is also total crap, but what could it possibly say?

Perfect Pushup is a Good Product

10/29/2007 - Floyd of New York, USA writes:

I'm happy to have purchased the Perfect Pushup and it was a good investment. I enjoy doing body weight exercises so this product fits in well with my exercise routine. I find pushups more challenging and effective using the Perfect Pushups.

Worth it if you need a push.

10/24/2007 - Tim of California, USA writes:

I bought this product beliveing all the hype. Basically it is mostly a good thing, except for the price - seems a bit high. It works great for me because with regular pushups, my wrists hurt. With these they dont. I think that doing regular pushups using the same routine, you'd be about as well off. I personally was not motivated to do any before, this gave me push in the right direction, and I am getting positive results. Albeit, maybe not any more positive than with a similar routine and discipline.

The Real Deal

10/13/2007 - Ed of Maryland, USA writes:

I've been doing push ups everyday as part of my morning workout for a few years now and I must admit that this device works great. You'll feel the difference from a normal push up after only a few reps and the muscle burn comes on a lot sooner. Plus it takes the strain off your joints and at the young age of 52 that's an important feature! Build quality is good too.

The BEST Pushup, Bar none!

9/30/2007 - Schuyler of Virginia, USA writes:

This simple and effective product melds together multiple axes of motion without compromising form. It is well known that a person that can perform body weight exercises effectively develops practical strength versus someone that just lifts weights. If you use these things correctly, you will experience a new level of burn and fatigue in your upper body that you normally don't with standard pushups. When you first start using these, you are a weak person getting strong. After the first few sessions, you are a strong person getting stronger! Bruce Lee would have loved these things! So do I! Worth the money and worth the effort.

Dynamic

9/15/2007 - Lee of Alberta, Canada writes:

From what I have seen or used in the past for a compact workout item it is the best. Pushups are still the best for upper body workout or body weight exercise. This device makes it even better. The quality of manufacturing is very good. I have received great results. I would not recommend trying to follow the chart. If your going to step up from the 8642 routine, move it up to 10 8 6 because the next level is a really big stretch. On the in between days I do body weight leg exercises by Joey Atlas. I can't wait for the travel pushup they are putting out.
