Product Description
Laundry will probably never go away, but now you can make some of the hassles of doing laundry disappear forever. With the new OxiClean Detergent Ball you'll never have to measure or pour detergent again. In fact, each OxiClean Detergent Ball lasts for 25+ loads* of laundry. OxiClean Detergent works great in standard top loading washing machines as well as front loaders. It's a unique solution to a common problem. Here's how to use it: Place an OxiClean Detergent Ball into the included rubber Toss N Go Dispenser then toss into your washing machine, and leave it in - even during the rinse cycle! How does it work? Water and washing action activate the specially formulated detergent slowly releasing into each load. Exclusive patented technology allows you to leave it in the wash and rinse cycle without leaving any soapy residue! Oxygen-based cleaners get your clothes clean without dyes or phosphates. OxiClean is color safe, chlorine free and safe for use with septic systems. No soapy residue on your clothes. Never measure or pour detergent again! I love this product and just found it in a [] Ad for $2.00 including the rubber ball!!! My ball did not tear and I get 25+ loads but use only cold water.

I absolutely love this product! I didn't even need fabric softener because it rinsed so clean there was no static build up. Plus, there was zero odor! However, now I can't find it in any of the stores. What happened? Some have said it didn't last 25 loads but I never had a problem. Sometimes it lasted longer. Maybe it has to do with how hard your water is. The blue casing for the ball did tear, however. Still, in spite of that, I want to buy it more and now it's gone?

4/12/2007 - Krista of Ontario, Canada writes:
The vendors of this product (at a home show) said it would work well on baby poo, but it does not at all. Other detergents work much better. (*the other oxi products do work well on baby stains, though*) Also, other detergents work much better on whites than this. And the ball does not last nearly 25 loads, especially if using hot or warm water.

Product is excellent, but the rubber ball closure tore after using only three refills. I am calling them for a new ball that was in my refill instuctions. Will follow-up if no success for free replacement

12/7/2006 - Eric of Arizona, USA writes:
Did not come close to lasting 25 loads. It maybe works half that due to the fact that it mentions nothing about pulling it out at rinse cycle which is way too annoying. It lasted about 12 loads for me. The clothes were clean and fresh, but the 25 load claim is false.

12/4/2006 - Will of West Virginia, USA writes:
I also found that the '25 load claim' was a little exagerated. Plus the instructions are quite specific about using only cold water and *NO BLEACH*. I still wash my whites in hot water and regluar detergent with bleach. The replacement balls are about 5.00 each which is much cheaper than regular laundry detergent. Overall a good product as long as you follow the directions.

I have used this product with really good results, my Husband works on aircraft and gets many different chemicals on his clothing, removes MOST of them including jet fuel odor. I only use cold water to wash. BUT>> I don't get any where near the amount of washes they say I should get.

11/15/2006 - Paul of Florida, USA writes:
It does clean clothes and they smell fresh, but as others have mentioned the ball doesn't last nearly as long as advertised. And then, where do I get replacements? I bought the original at a [], but they don't carry replacements. I probably will not use it again.

The concept is great in terms of convenience...too bad the clothes do not get very clean. I will not be buying refills. The product seems to be getting used up much faster than I would expect.

I love the Oxi Ball! I don’t have a washing machine. I live in apartment so I do my wash at the laund-o-matt or at my folk’s house. I use the ball for all my washing. Works great I get about 20-23 loads from one ball. The only down fall is the price for refills.

10/28/2006 - Sara of Washington, USA writes:
I have found this product made laundry easier to do, and the cleaning was very good. However the number of loads has been much less than advertised. I don't see myself making a repeat purchase.

10/22/2006 - Deb of Alberta, Canada writes:
I ahve found that it seems alright, but when I did my whites which regular oxiclean would normally handle they were dingy and stained. I have a top loading machine, not sure if that impacts the release of the detergent?

10/12/2006 - Tim of Michigan, USA writes:
Me and my wife bought this ball. If you use hot or warm washing cycles you will only see about 6 loads from one stinking ball. I have found if you remove it from the rinse cycle you can get twice as many loads. Still only making it worth 10-12 warm or hot wash cycles. Thats my review and I wouldnt bother with these again!

I love this product and how clean our clothes are getting, especially in cold water wash. But the noise!!!!! I think the blue ball needs cushioning of some sort.

10/4/2006 - Anonymous of Washington, USA writes:
This is a really easy system, although the balls dissolve more quickly than advertised. I don't get 25 loads from one ball, more like 19-20. The detergent is mild but effective, and the fragrance is nice. They don't leave behind any residue, rinse away cleanly, and get clothes clean.
