even though i received this book as a gift, i was so angry that a friend paid that much for a book filled with nothing! for years i have researched alternative cures and was able to find more information in the library and on free websites that he actually has in his book... the book is an infommercial for his newsletters that you have to pay even more for and every so-called "cure" just takes you somewhere else on line to buy something else... he ought to be ashamed of himself!! and anyone with half a brain would never give this book a good rating, so if they have, they must be somehow related to the selling of this book and meant to counteract anyone telling the truth... believe me, don't be taken in!!!

Watched info-commercial, purchased, boring, terribly written book, has very little new or good information. K.T. just complains and makes allegations against the Feds. Google his name, look over his felony convictions, and lawsuits.

I ABSOLUTLEY recomend buying this book or getting the audio version and listening hard. Although, the title leads you to belive the book will contain a myriad of herbal cures for all kinds of diseases, It does not. BUT... What it DOES contain of unparalleled value is a springboard with momentum included to get you on the right track to being a vibrant healthy person. The info in this book involves changing your life, not buying some quick bottle of holistic pills as your alternative to the pharmacutical variety!! Sadly I see people are upset that this book offers little in the way of placebo quick fixes. This Book is the REAL DEAL. you want to BE HEALTHY?... LIVE HEALTHY. PERIOD. this book gives you all the information and resources to do this. It's just that some people want Kevin to do all the leg work for them. You have to help yourself. Help yourself to this book NOW.

I have personally read through this book and his information hits it right on about our corrupt goverment and the FTC! He is right on also about how fast food makes you fat. Every since I read the book, I don't take any nonpercription drugs and I rarely eat fast food and this information in this book has helped me to lose 28 pounds and I haven't gained any weight for a long time! I seem to feel better too! I say it again, this is a must read book! I even have a link on my website to where someone can buy this awsome book online!

If you read this book and really think about it , it makes sense. The goverment, along with alot of doctors really do not care about your personal health. Give it a try go organic, check into the chemicals that are in regular foods. You would not believe the difference you will feel. You would not beleive the way they cover up awful chemicals with different words. MY entire familiy NEVER takes antibiotics , we rarely ever get ill, if we do it is food posioning from eating out. If we get a sign of a cold , hear comes the garlic. Try to get a doctor to tell you garlic is the best natural antibiotic. IF everthing is so safe why are they covering up MSG with the word spices? Give it a try , cleanse your body , exercise, lose some weight , and eat organic foods, what do you have to lose by trying? Feeling better, having more energy, decreasing your illiness? This book basically opens your eyes to get you started on a healthier life. All chemicals cause illiness of some kind, why does it say Keep reach out of children , Harmful if swallowed, wear rubber gloves to use ,and change clothes after, use proper ventilation, and i could go on, because it is safe and won't hurt you ? Hello!!!! There are NO QUICK CURE FOR ANY DIEASE. It is the way you live your life, that causes or can help you cure, and or prevent diseases.

You will not learn anything new by reading this book except how to waste your money. Between 80 and 90% of the book is a rant against the FDA, FTC and "Big Government". He says with them it's all about the money. He learned a lot from them. He will tell in general what you need to do for a certain situation and then tell you to visit his web site for the specifics. (He's "forbidden" to tell you them in the book). Once at his web site try and find a specific answer, you won't, what you will find is that for him too, "it's all about the money". Save yours by not wasting it on this book.

Well this book is so widely publicized that a lot of people have no doubt fallen prey to this scam artist. A fact that some people may not know is that Kevin Trudeau is a convicted felon and had to relinquish his right to sell to the public any "Health related Product" through the means of Television or Infomercials. So how did old Kevin get around this ruling? The answer: He now labels himself a "Researcher and Health Advocate" and he is "blowing the whistle on the government" Give me a break! This man spent 2 years in prison for writing bad checks and making FALSE claims about the products he was pedaling on the airwaves, most notably Coral Calcium. I will give you a website address and you can check it out for yourself. [http://] I think you will see how qualified Mr. Trudeau is in the Health field. Please people, if you've made the mistake of buying this book, get your money back!

This book should have been titled: "Natural cures they don't want you to know about and neither do I". I bought the first version and was expecting a book containing formulas and recipes for natural cures. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I should have read the reviews on this website first and saved myself $30. I give it 1 star for the information the book contains about the FDA and drug companies' corruption.

I certainly hope that people who are thinking about buying Kevin Trudeau's "Natural cures they don't want you to know about" will read some of these ratings and realize that the book should be retitled,Kevin Trudeau's "Natural cure of cash from your wallet" As you read this book, you'll find that the first 75 pages or so is Trudeau, ranting and raving about how he has gone up against all these government agencies, never once spelling out any of his socalled "cures" for any diseases. Then you get into the part of the book where you give yourself an enema and sign up to a multitude of websites, each curing your wallet of even more money. I kind of came to the conclusion that the "ultimate cure" was, after giving yourself an enemaand signing onto a website (for money of course) the cure is magically delivered, believe it or not through your computer! Please people, don't waste your money, I mean sure, enemas are probably good for you but let's get real.

Well, the first book was a repeat of the infomercial. The second book was pretty much a repeat of the first. I have written several emails trying to get my refund on the second book, which I returned immediately upon seeing it. With S and H I would only get about $10 of the $30 back, but it is the principal.

I never met KT but he had dealings with a slimy bunch of people my Ex worked for, for a short time. I am not in the least surprise to see he is using fear, consumer ignorance, slick verbiage, and deceit to make a buck. Nor I am surprise to see the positive feedback on this site. The anti AMA FDA crowd is very passionate and will back people those that promote that view no matter what. Also some companies have a staff that are used for countering negative information on blogs and feedback forums. Since some of these positive posters are ignoring that real issue I would not be surprise if it has been done here. THE ISSUE IS: The people buy the book because they have been manipulated into believing that they are buying a book with information containing natural cures. Of course the verbiage of the Infomercial cleverly deflects legal accountability but the intention is clear. Not the actions of a martyred helpful citizen if you ask me. Whether the book is good or not is not the issue. Whether it is informative or not is not the issue. Whether it is relevant or not is not the issue. THE ISSUE IS: people are manipulated into buying the book in expectation that it contains information that it does not. This book could not sell in a book store since no one in their right mind would buy a book that only directs them to spend more money (a lot more) on something else. Kevin is not being forthright on several things. First and foremost is that he can not provide the information on TV or in print. If he can do it on a website he can do it elsewhere. Of course he will be held accountable, maybe that is the real issue. However, on the infomercial he states that he is unconcern with the consequents of providing the information. Second the FDA does not want to hide factual information from anyone. What they do want is to protect the public as much as it can. If someone wants to sell a cancer cure they want the claimant to have proof to back it up. They also want it to be as safe as it can be. However, quacks and the well intended have been getting around these rules for years. KT has promoted a multilevel company that does just this. If a company wants to promote a product with purported healing properties but does not want to spend the money to test it they can just use weasel words, like may. For example Our Pills (and why is it always pills) Contain X that may have healing properties. Many variations exist. Thirdly in my opinion he is not out to help. I do not think is he out to make just a buck either. I think he wants to squeeze the most bucks possible from people. First you buy the book that directs you to buy a membership that doles the information out piecemeal. I guess if you have cancer you will have to wait for that issue. Then your name, address, phone number, and email address is rented. Practice critical thinking. Encourage others to do so. Do not let deceitful actions, claims, etc to go unchallenged. Do you have issue detecting baloney? See the Baloney Detection Kit by Carl Sagan Online [http://] Other Critical think resources [http://] I know better than to BUY the book but was surpised that even KT could be this low. Maybe not. He is scum and the buck is just overpriced TP

This book is on of the cleverest scams I've seen! After watching the info-commercial on T.V. and being impressed with what Kevin Trudeau had to offer in this book, I decided to order it. As indicated on TV, I expected to read about "natural cures" for various illness and ailments (IE; taking vinegar for acid reflux disease as state in the info-commercial) but when I read the book I found NONE! All I found was mostly conspiracy theories, and referrals to other references pertaining to the information I was seeking and expecting to find in Kevin's book; There was even a referral to a web site and news letters, which or course, are both available at a price. In Kevin Trudeau's book he indicates that he can not list natural cures to specific dieses because he would be violating the "law", however if you SUBSCRIBE to his web site you then become a private member and this supposedly allows him to exercise his First Amendment right to free speech and he could then give you this information. But wait it gets even better! Now Kevin Trudeau has come out with a second edition which now allegedly, (and I say allegedly because I haven't read his second book) but allegedly list specific dieses and natural cures for them; (as I understand in his latest info-commercial.) Why wasn't this information published in his first edition? What laws have been relaxed that would now allow him to publish these "cures", when he could not publish them in his first book? Well, maybe like the drug companies as he describes, Kevin Trudeau wants you to continue to buy his products by not providing you with the cure but only a taste so you become hooked and will pay more to receive little in return.

That's right, Free! I read this book at [] and it has a dozens of helpful insights as to why we are unhealthy. It is only a beginners introduction for the most part, though. You are still responsible for following up on the theories of health. Yes, they are only theories to me, and it is each individual's job to read more thoroughly about the ideas given. As far as the critics of this book go: If you think the title and the infomercial is exactly what you're going to get, surprise, it's not. The book title should actually have been worded "Why they don't want you to know about natural cures. We do, though. Here's a great place to start." That being said, Don't buy this book! Just bring a notepad to [] or [] and read a few chapters at a time, write down some further research topics. Here are some other tips: never subscribe to anything that auto-renews and never take prescription or over the counter drugs Also, use an infrared sauna, ozonate your food, water, air and body, eat natural foods, exercise and get tons of circulation, smile, laugh, and enjoy life. Cheers!

I got this book and read it from start to finish. I lent it to a friend who in the end complained that it was not about cures. It is about cures but it is also about so much more. GREAT book. Never in my life would I think someone would go where Kevin went.

Kevin Trudeau appeared to be passionate on TV about Natural Cures and the conspiracy in the medical arena. I was VERY dissapointed with the book that he kept saying he couldnt give any cures in his book but referred the reader to his website to join his newsletter (at a cost), He did not answer the email I sent, he just wanted me to pay to join his newsletter. THIS BOOK IS A BIG NOTHING!

I've read many books but this book really impacted my life completely,it revealed the filthy secrets that our system has hidden from the american society for the longest time, it goes way beyond the natural cures. It's educational, truth revealing and even life saving, I salute, applaude and honor Kevin Trudea's courage, it takes nerve to be the systems whistleblower. It's a shame that the people that are [] against this book []! Kevin gives over all information and educates on how to obtain these natural cures. [] do some real research on our system and you'll find out how corrupt it is and that Kevin is totally right and makes alot of sense.

Save your money! Kevin Trudeau is a sham, and has been for many years. His book is advertiuzes on a deceving QVC lookinf infomercial where he speaks being able to cure every desease including cancer. Yes, eating healthy is good for you, but to join that with curing cancer is simply a LIE. Please see a doctor if you are sick.
