I love these knives. I had scene the infomercial in a shopping channel a few times with Chef Tony but i had never ordered from one of those channels before and was a bit wary. I decided after reading many reviews to give them ago. I found the knives and a knife block at a better price on a different website so i ordered. They came quickly. They are brilliant, the multipurpose knife is so sharp it custs just about everything. I love the steak knifes, i have never used such a good steak knife, one stroke and the meat is cut. The rock and chop is great, i don't use the chop and scoop as much but it still works great. The shears you get are also good and i use these instead of my old one. I don't have a dishwasher but i have never had a problem with rusting. I wash the knives and sometimes let them drip dry and sometimes dry them my self. No problems at all with them.

I got this knives from a friend that was moving in with her boyfriend, she gave them to me because she had lost some and her boyfriend already had a set. I only got the bread knife, meat knife and the rock and chop knife. I love them. They cut very well. I use the rock n chop one the most. They don't rust if I keep them out of the dishwasher. I am going to purchase a whole set to have extra and get the steak knives.

Miracle Blade III Knives fall in the small minority of infomercial products that actually live up to the hype. I purchased a set some years ago and it was an incredible value (I would definitley recommend buying the custom wooden block that they try to sell you when you order your knives). The knives are sharp, well ballanced, and truley a pleausre to use. Quality wise the knives hold up and maintain their edge; even though the blades are thin and the handles are plastic. Just be sure not to use them in the dishwasher and they will last years. I'm not sure why some other reviewers said that they're knifes went dull. Perhaps they were using an ealier version of the Mircacle Blade (I, or II) as I've never seen the Miracle blade III advertised by cutting metal or wood. However, they are superior to just about any thing else I've used when it comes to cutting food. Shortly after buying mine, my parents bought a set for themselves and loves them as well. Mine lasted 5-years before I had to get rid of them because I remarried and my new wife is accident prone and uanble to use such sharp knifes without constantly cutting herself.

Purchased several years ago for my husband and he loves them and shows them to who ever comes by. Great product never a dull knife

For the most part, I like using these knives, but they refuse to stay sharp. I have an electric knife sharpener and it sharpens the stake knives and filet knive very well, but within a few weeks they are dull again. I thought they were supposed to stay sharp forever!!

I purchased the knives three-years ago, and they are still as sharp as when I opened the package, and yes, please be carefull as I, too cut my finger! I love the balance when you hold them, especially with the all-purpose slicer and the rock 'n chop. I hand-wash them instead of putting them in the dishwasher, and while I've never used them to cut plaster, rock, or metal, so as long as you take care of them they will last you a very long time! I would gladly purchase another set! I love them and actually look forward to using them when I cook! My thanks to Chef Tony!

Been using these knives for a few years now, and like them a lot. Blades stay sharp sharp. The weakness in the set just doesn't make sense to me...the plastic handles. They have not broken, though most of the oval stickers are gone, but they are very lightweight in relation to the blades. The weakest link my set are the scissors. The cutting slabs are bolted on to plastic scissor holder things, and the pivot point is very weak. Just not sturdy enough to do cutting through heavy materials, but it does cut through things like plastic freezer bags easily, where other scissors balk. LOVE the steak knives.

Very good quality, excellent price but don't try to cut wood, rock or metal with them as show by chef Tony. If you do that they will get dull. After a year or so I noticed all steak knives developed some rust spot. I didn’t know "stainless steel" could rust. I used lemon to remove those rust spot. Someone suggested making sure to dry knives after washing them. I am giving them 3 stars (only because of rusting issue). I will buy these knives again because they are cheap, sharp and also looks very good. (NYC April 9th 2007)

The knives are good, they are sharp and all but tbey rust and feel a little cheap. I have some grat Henkle ones and prefer using those over these. I bought these because I though it would be great addition. But its ok. I might use one knife from the collection once a month.

Bought 2 sets of these knife a while ago. The scissors broke but the knifes really aren't that bad for the price. One of the chop and scoops broke in half in the middle of the blade. Sent it in for the warranty around 2 years ago and have yet to recieve the new knife. So I would say the warranty is bull.

Alright, this scissors suck and the steak knives aren't the best. But the quality of the other knives are great. I wouldn't personally recommend trying to saw through a STEEL HAMMER but for the kitchen they are excellent. For others complaining about the chop and scoop going dull its because the blade is not serated anything without a serated blade will go dull because its a straight edge with no teeth to protect it. Would not recommend putting in dishwasher due to little rust spots, the knife itself does not actually rust its only surface corrosion from the water sitting on it and this can happen even with the most expensive knife no matter what anyone tells you because (duhhh) they are steel (metal) you should hand wash them any dry them.

Use my knives daily!, the only bad thing I can say is the little "name tags come off from a few of them, but dull? nope, my fillet knive is a little bent now because my daughter closed the drawer on it, jamming it, but dull? how many salmon/trout and other fish have we cleaned with it? chicken breast butterflied? dull? then buy another set, they are worth it, bought my handicaped friend the set,she can hold onto the knives and not slip and cut herself.. works for us

I purchased this set off the []. Not long after I had them the filet knife and the large chopping knife went dull. On the infomercial it says that they will never go dull but don't believe it. They do.

Ok so here it is I love these knives!. I got them actually for my mommy for Christmas two years ago and we use them every day they are really good and sharp... so sharp that they do borderline ummm too sharp. I was washing dishes and I washed some older knives and even some new ones as i would normally .. then i get to the the Miracle Blade steak knives and went to wash them .... well i ended up in the emergancy room with stiches ..... just be careful they are really quite sharp

I got these for Christmas 2 years ago. They are awesome. I love the chopping knife and use it all the time. Though it has gotten duller, it still works great. I tell everyone they need to buy the same knives I have. I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased this set of knives several years ago. My scissors broke fairly quickly, but everything else is great. I ended up paying about twice what was advertised, but got twice the number of steak knives and hardwood block for the entire set. I frequently tell my wife that Miracle Blade was one of the best purchases I have made.

12/18/2005 - Gina of Pennsylvania, USA writes:
The Steak Knives are crappy. Though all the other knives are pretty good. I have had them for over 2 years and they are still sharp as ever. I suggest them because they do stay sharp, and they are comfortable to use. I do not suggest putting them in the dishwasher though. It won't ruin them, but they will get little rust spots on them, that you will have to steel wool off.

I wouldn't recommend spending the money for these knives. After about 6 months the steak knives, the serated chopping knife and filet knife went dull. Not worth the money!

Would not use on wood and steel like the TV but still a good knive. The handle is cheapy and the butcher blade is very thin. Quality knives cost but these are worth the money. It is good to keep some cheap knives that you are not afraid to put in the dishwasher. Overall this is good for light household use but not recomended for pro or semi-pro cooking.
