Not so Great!

10/24/2007 - Kristina of Pennsylvania, USA writes:

The product looked like it was going to be great for my home, but it was not. The pole continued to slip off and I had to keep fixing it. The water only lasted about 8 minutes. Also I saw no difference in my floors and the mop didn't even pick up what my Swiffer mop could. Not Happy!

Totally Disappointed!!

10/23/2007 - Rosalinda of Arizona, USA writes:

Could be a great product if only I did not spend so much time trying to fix the swivel part that keeps coming off as you are using it. To top it off...I ordered 2 of them and so far have paid $220 for them. I cannot find a phone number or address to send them back!! All I want to do is send these back before the 90 days are up and get my money back. Does anyone have their number?

Works as advertised

10/23/2007 - Azra of New York, USA writes:

I've tried other steamer-type mops and this one is the only one that works because the steam comes out the front instead of goign thru the pad -- which really just makes the pad wet. I also like the three types of micro fiber on the cloth pad AND this costs less than the other two steamers on TV right now. If you want a steamer, this is the one to get.

Not as great as infomercial says

10/20/2007 - Kathy of Florida, USA writes:

I just received my Mirabella Steam Mop today. Ordered it in June, rec'd Oct 20th. The infomercial made the product sound incredabile! Not the case in reality! I will say it was easy to put the mop together. The mirabella is hard to keep in a straight line on the floor while steaming the floor, because of the swival gadget that connects the handle to the head. The swival gadget turns the handle and head when you don't necessarily want it to turn. The 15 minute water reservior isn't 15 minutes either, more like 8 minutes. I had to keep adding water more frequently then I'd like to. Also, there is no steam on and off switch, except when you turn the mop off all together. As an example the swifter mob sprays cleaner when you want it to spray by pushing a button. The Mirabella sprays steam at all times. That makes it impossible to wipe away the steam from the floor. Turn the mop on, stroke forward with steam, then stroke backwards to make a new mop path, yet the steam keeps on flowing after the cleaning pad already wiped that mop line, hense leaving that already cleaned mop path wet again. The informercial left me very excited to get and use the Mirabella Steam Mop. I thought to myself this would be a miracle product for my household! The whole idea of this steam mop is great!! Sadly the ability and construction of this product does not live up to the miracle cleaning product that the informercial portrayed. I am so very disappointed in the Mirabella's performance!

Great Value and Effective!

9/25/2007 - Stephanie of New Mexico, USA writes:

At half the price of most floor steamers, I was pleasantly surprised when I first tried the Mirabella. It is easy to use and effective in cleaning. Just add water and push one button. It produces steam until it is out of water ( about 12 minutes) then automatically shuts off. Really easy to use. I have a blacklight from a pet urine cleaning product that makes protein stains (in urine) glow in the dark. The Mirabella really removed them. I was pretty impressed. The cord could be a few feet longer and I wish I took the rush shipment option, but I'm glad I bought it.

Cool Product

9/18/2007 - Steve of California, USA writes:

This steam mop is great. I use it on my kitchen Pergot floors and living room hardwood floors. It is easy to use and saves money on all those disposable pads I used to use. The only negative is that is only came with 2 pads. I can't use the mop when they are in the washer. Otherwise I highly recommend it.

Not Happy

9/5/2007 - Linda of Nevada, USA writes:

First time using it, the pole came out. My husband somehow got it back on. Continued to use it, it became intermittent. Sent it back after hours of researching addres/phone#. Didn't receive product-just a refund. Bought xtra pads- have pads NO product. Customer service was terrible. Can't say much for product- only used it for abut 15 min. Oh yea, paid $13.00 to send it back. Waited months the first time to receive it. Waited months for the product to arrive the second time. Put a note in the box when I sent it back asking(again)for a new one and explaining what was wrong with this one- they decided to refund my money instead of sending a replacement. I wasted too much time with waiting for this product. Extremely dissatified consumer.

MIRA BELLA STEAM MOP

8/28/2007 - Carol of Florida, USA writes:

Worked good the first time. Then pole came out of the steam mop head and I could not use it again. No way to contact Mira Bella. I have tried to get an address, telephone number to no avail. Spent $60.00 for a one time use of this product. This is not acceptable.
