I bought this product, and had to return the first one because the ball came out of the bottom and it was hard to swival, they sent me a new one, that one was worse, it leaves the floor very wet doesn't dry as quickly as they show on tv. It is the absolute worse product i'v ever spent my money on. I will never recommend it to anyone.

This is a piece of junk. I was stupid enough to buy 2, one for a gift....After using it I did not give it as a gift. I have broke the mop heads off the handles on both plus broke the handles. A piece of junk!!!!! What a rip off.

I used this steam mop once. I didn't like it because you can't control the mop because of the swivel on the mop. I had to use two hands. Plus it didn't clean my floor that well. I'm getting rid of it. You buy cheap-you get cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.

I used this mop about 15 times. The handle will break off if you push down on it too hard or if you swivel the head, and is not easy to re-assemble. Finally, when trying to re-assemble the handle to the head this last time, it broke completely off and is not fixable. I would not recommend this mop.

This was the second time I used this mop. I got all set to use it and the handle broke right off the mop! What a ripoff. You people should be ashamed of yourselves selling this flimsy item on TV. Who's available to help the consumer in this fraudulent situation??? No one.

I bought this mop not even a month ago and used it 3 times. The ringlets that hold the mop pad in place break easily. I am already on my second pad. Mop is of poor quality.

I've owned this product less than a month. When I attempted to use it for the second time, the handle broke. It's a piece of junk and Home Trends should be ashamed to sell it (it's still offered on line). Other merchandise I've bought from them has been good.

When I ordered it I got an automated service and when asked if I wanted a 2nd at the SPECIAL price I kept saying NO NO NO when I received it I ended up with 2 they charged me for 2. When I called to see why they did that they said if I wanted to send one back I could get a refund. Well, I advertised it in local sales paper and someone bought it for the price I paid for one. I feel badly about it now. Cuz I have only used this maybe 5 times and last time I did I was mopping and all of a sudden the black cap blew off hit the ceiling putting a hole in ceiling. Steam went everywhere. It was even dripping off the ceiling fan. THIS PRODUCT IS VERY UNSAFE. I won't recommend it or the company to anyone ever again. Waste of money!!!

This was the worst product I have ever purchased. I even bought two. The first one the handle fell of. The second one, the handle fell off. They said on TV that this product was tested for 2 years. Lie. I will not trust infomercials ever again. Now, where can I return it?

This is without a doubt the worst peouct I've purchased from TV. T he handle fell off on the first use. I popped t back in place and it lasted about 5 minutes. I got no receipt with the purchase and when I called them they said they were not required to send a receipt. I knew then they were a questionable business at best. The cost for shipping it back added to the cost of shipping it here was almost the cost of the mop. Total waste of money.

I let cool for 5 minutes it had never started steaming. Went to take cap off and it blew off then scew part melted into reservoir. Dangerous.

I am not sure who you ordered your mop from but I ordered it from the Mira Bella website (Merchandice Dir. or sll star) the cust. service # is 1888 428 8926. I think mine is ok, I have only tried it once. Good luck to those who are sending it back, I need to try mine more to know for sure. Hope I helped

What a piece of junk. If I had a return address I would have returned the thing in a minute. No invoice or customer phone or address. Would like previous customers to tell me how do you go about returning this stupid item.I believe this if the best case of false advertising I have ever seen. Someone needs to protect the consumer.

The handle broke off, they replaced the unit. The handle fell over, and....unable to attach again, so....returned for no replacement. Concept is good, especially since I have a lot of pets and ceramic tile floors. I am on the search for a comparable product that will hold up. I am VERY disappointed with this mop, since it doesn't hold up.
