I tried the 30 Day offer and liked it - very much in fact. However, when I received the advertised "90 Day Supply" I found Lotion 1 & 2 to be 1.0 oz -- not the 1.5 oz. I expected since the 30 day supply is 0.5 oz. I emailed customer service about the misrepresentation and they refused to address the size issue at all. I will cancel as I am not interested in dishonest practices and am disappointed in Ms. Crawfords ethics as well. Like most people, I trusted her.

Product amount in each bottle was half the size of the bottle. Couldn't tell a difference in my skin what so ever. Totally disappointed.

I recently started using this product with much anticipation. My skin has been through a lot due to a brain tumor and all the damage it did to me and my face! This product is a miricle worker! My skin is so soft, it's hard noy\t to touch it. My black eye circles and bags are GONE. Even though I'm on a lot of diffrernt types of meds (which are very drying.) My skin glows, I love it!!!! Sick in Seattle

I used the whole kit and saw no result. I agreed with others about how the containers. You might just get half or two third of the containers. Not what I was expecting from Cindy's product line.

I got the kit and tried it for a couple of weeks. The moisturizers are weak, my skin still felt dry. Didn't see any change in my skin. I sent it back

When I saw this product on tv I was very interested. I'm all about taking great care of skin. To me Cindy Crawford seems sincere and honest so I decided to give it a try even after reading all the negative feedback. I have senstive skin so when I received this I was a little nervous trying this product out so I tried it on my wrist to see if I would have any reactions. I had no reactions so I tried it on my face and everything was fine, no reactions at all. So what makes me want to return this product? The reason why is because I noticed that the bottles were not what they seemed to be. The Maintenance 1 and 2 bottles actually don't have that much product in them. Not even half! If you take a straw and dip it in you'll see what I'm talking about. It's a scam and I'm not going to keep buying this product when they try to deceive me. I therefore do not trust Cindy Crawford or any of her products she tries to indorse. I'm really disappointed.

Saw the infomercial and spontaneously ordered the product before reading reviews. A couple days after placing the order, I did some reading online and began to question if I should have ordered the product (due to some bad feedback since I have pretty sensitive skin). My order had already shipped so I had planned to just return the product without trying... Am I ever glad I did decide to give it a shot! I have been using the product for about a month now. Started out slowly, just using every 3 days, then every other and now just about every day. I am 40 years old and am blessed with few wrinkles but the few that I did have are almost gone already! I can't believe it - my skin looks flawless! I will agree with other posters about the bottle size though - pretty shaky business tactic! In the end, I will stick with the product because I am a huge believer in organics whenever possible and I love the all-natural ingredients! Kudos on a fine product!

I tried this product for about three weeks and had to stop...it was too drying and irritating! The one thing I splurge on is skin care products, so I was not switching from cheap drugstore brands. I am in my mid 30's and usually use a formula for sensitive or combo skin...this stuff was completety too drying. After using the toner, I actually could see the top layer of my skin wipe right off in the drying patches - not good. I was very disappointed because I really like Cindy and trust her. Lesson...one skin product can simply not be ok for all skin types...I should have known better.

UPDATE: I wrote the 6/18/2007 review. I stand by every word on how I love the product. But yes, the bottle size does make it look like you are getting more than you think. I suppose the company gets away with this legally by putting the content amounts on the bottles (.5 fl oz for example). I think that Meaningful Beauty would still get plenty of customers if they used different packaging - they should be aware by now there have been complaints. I just use a little drop each time to get good results and make it last longer since now I realize how much is really in there.

UPDATE: Yesterday I wrote about a shocking/reality check experience I had regarding finding out that one of the bottles I received of the glowing serum was intentionally designed to deceive the buyer of how much product is actually in the deceptively-produced bottle. This morning I paid more attention to the remainder of my product bottles, to see if they did it with all their bottles (read my prior posting on 7/12/07). For example, this morning when I was using my Maintenance 1 moisturizer I noticed the bottom of the bottle had a plastic cap on the bottom of the bottle (weird, don't you think?). The white cap at the bottom of the bottle had a small hole in it the size of a pinhole. I decided to use a safety pin and remove the bottom cap to the bottle - only to discover that the bottle is designed to be empty all the way up to only 1/3rd of the bottle and there is a REAL bottom of the bottle 2/3rds of the way up the bottle. Although I really do like all of the products - I don't like being ripped off in a deceptive way by Meaningful Beauty company deliberately visually falsifying the amount of products I am paying a LOT of money for. There is NO WAY this is not well-planned-out and they RELY ON US CUSTOMERS TO BE STUPID and think the expensive prices we are paying for their products are for quantities based on at least close to the size of the bottles - all the while Meaningful Beauty scam us by intentionally designing their product bottles to deliver only 1/3 of what we think we're paying for. This is no accident - it is a well-thought out plan to visually deceive us. If you open your bottles (some from the top that you can unscrew and some from the bottom where there's a cap on the bottom) you will see the company has been treating you like an idiot, and it's not a mistake, it's about how to take more of your money more often, while you think you're receiving a lot more than you are. Anybody else offended? What a scam. Suzanne.

I only have experience with ordering Meaningful Beauty one time. I must say I do like the products. However, this morning one of my containers of the glowing serum was empty and I could not get anything to pump out of it so I took the lid off, thinking I could use a Q-tip and get out enough to use this morning. I WAS SHOCKED to discovery when I inserted the Q-tip into the bottle that the bottom of the bottle ends more than half-way up the size of the bottle from the outside. In other words - the size of the bottle from the outside is deceptive. If you look inside the bottles you will find that the bottom of the inside of the bottle is very much closer to the top, thus it appears you are getting product the entire size of the outside of the bottle but in reality the amount inside the container is less than 1/2 of what the bottle size is because the inside bottom of the container is more than half-way up the bottle. WOW. To me that's very deceptive and had I not dug into the bottle I never would have realized they have raised inside bottoms of their containers so the produce inside is significantly less than it looks like from the outside of the bottle. Because of this deception I will not purchase from this company again and I think Cindy Crawford should be ashamed to be involved and supporting this deception to her customers.

I have used Meaningful Beauty since September 2006 (I am 56). I recently reunited with friends I had not seen in a year and they said "What are you doing? You look five years younger and there is not one wrinkle on your face (although I have the normal small smile lines)." I also quit wearing makeup base because my skin has such a healthy pink glow now. I just powder my nose and use a little cover stick under the eyes. I am not guaranteeing that everyone will have my results, but this has been my own personal happy experience. Thank-you Meaningful Beauty.

I ordered Meaningful Beauty as a birthday gift to myself for my 48th birthday. I loved the way the product felt on my skin! but I was sadly disppointed because the product made me break out -- quite noticeably and severely [and certainly not beautifully!] I stopped using the product, let my skin heal up and then used it only on specific areas -- which again broke out in an ugly fashion. ;-( I tried to use up some of the remainder as a body lotion and it even made parts of my body skin [derriere] break out! ;-( So the product was definitely not made for me!!! I must COMPLIMENT the customer service I received, however -- some of the best in the industry [from my experience]. I was hesitant to order after some of the customer service horror stories I heard from others, but I really wanted to try the product. I contacted Meaningful Beauty via e-mail [] as soon as I ordered, and a woman named Susan J. Bryant responded to me personally, professionally, efficiently and graciously. She handled my request to stop the autoshipments before I even recieved my 1st order! letting me know I could sign up again for them at any time [after I had time to try the product] so I did not have to deal with any unwanted shipments. I recieved my trial shipment with lightning fast speed, in a couple of days after I ordered [before the 1st charge even showed up on my credit card balance!]. I notified her personally when I mailed the trial shipment back [with USPS confirmation number], and I received a quick and efficient refund of my purchase price [minus shipping, but that was the deal they offered when I bought it] -- it posted to my account within 2 days after they received my return. And again, all communication during this trial period was handled professionally and graciously. So the product was 0 stars for me [or less!] but the customer service was 5 stars in my book. Sincerely, Di

I noticed a positive change after just a few days- I'm 49 and have beed addicted to Lancome for years. I thought it was a great kit - good price for all the products you receive - the neck cream is wonderful. - for those of you who think it was a small amount in the bottle check out the pump system. I have allergies and this does not make my eyes water!! I love it and have recommended it to several friends-Shipping does not offer any hurry up orders this would be a plus for the consumer -But the Product is Wonderful. Thanks cindy

I have been using this product for about 6 months and I really like how my skin feels and I like the fact that there does not appear to be much fragrance added. However, the product does not last near as long as described. The 90 day bottle last 45 - 60 days depending on how much you use each time you wash your face. My suggestion is buy it [] or another discount seller

I've tried very expensive brands in the past with very little sucess or non at all. I've paid in upwards of 495.00 for one bottle of product. I just love Meaningful Beauty. My skin has been truly beautiful. my mother gasped the other day when we met for dinner. My skin actually glows. I would go out in public with my new face and leave the makeup at home. I've used it for 10 days now and i want more of this stuff. it may not last you as long as 3 months, but for the price....just buy more. I'm 33, getting wrinkles and have sun damage. this stuff works really well. pores are smaller, blothy skin from having 3 kids is fading. my skin is so soft. buy it and try it. I rate it 5 stars. Also you may want to try []. Amazing product too.

I am 6 months pregnant and have been experiencing some intermittent mild facial eczema resulting from my pregnancy. After two weeks of using this product, my eczema is quite a bit worse and has spread so I have stopped using the products. When I called Meaningful Beauty to cancel the automatic 90 day shipment and tell them I was returning the product they offered to give me my full refund within 3-5 business days, including shipping and handling, without hesitation. I am very pleased how they handled the return.

I bought this off the infomercial and then decided to go ahead and get the 30-day supply. I went through the supply and e-mailed and cancelled and then they sent me the new supply anyway. I noticed that they had charged my credit card before I had received the new supply. I had to pay to send it back and had to write numerous e-mails to get the original $39.90 back. They were reluctant to refund the shipping. I still had to pay to ship it back. I really didn't notice anything different to my skin after the 4 months of using it. Maybe it's for younger people (I'm 52.)

I'm 38 and have begun to notice my always problematic skin (acne-prone) was getting more drab and showing fine lines. I've always liked Cindy, she seems grounded and as "real" as a hollywood type could be, and I knew she was valedictorian of her high school- no dummy. Anyway, I LOVE this stuff. My skin is brighter, softer, more refined in texture, the creases on my forehead have almost disappeared. My skin breaks out less, looks firmer and tighter, less tired and is younger looking. The cleanser takes a bit of getting used to (no water) but I'm totally hooked. The purifiying mask and the Maintenance II (night cream) are miracles in a bottle! The Declotte cream is a real rich treat, I love to use it on my lips and hands. Warning however, the eye cream will sting if your eyes begin to water.
