I only placed my order night before last. They have already taken the money out of my account. gee, what happened to the 30 trial offer?????? tried to call the same number I placed the order on, thinking I would be able to speak to a customer service rep........nope.....just got refcordng concerning placing an order. am trying to find their website still..any help out there???

I really really wanted to love this product. I can't. I tried it for the full period of time and am packing it up for return. The pump isn't very good, the coverage...wait- there's coverage? Also, the return process is lengthy and annoying. Basically, the return paperwork reads as if they are looking for a reason to deny your return. Bummer.
Horrible Product!

This is a horrible product! It caused my face to breakout and the coverage was very streaky. I tired to cancel the club shipments and they will not refund my money...even though I sent the shipment back unopened!I would not recommend this to anyone!

THE PRODUCT BOX THAT WAS SENT TO ME was opened when it arrived to me. The products inside looked like they had been used. The order did not have everything in it. When I tried contacting the company to let them know this, I was on hold for more than 1 hour. Whhen someone came on the phone they were very rude and unprofessional, cursing me. Since Jan 2008, I have been trying to get a full refund from Gensis Brands. I need anyone out there thinking about ordering from this company to know how they behave. After calling several times and speaking to customer services representatives, and requesting to speak with a supervisor, I was cursed out, called names and was told I would never get my money back. I have sent a letter to the President and or Investors of the company. I don't know who they are, because the customer service people will not provide that information. My letter is addressed to the President/Investors. This company is irresponsible, and untrustworthy.

I tried this product and was dissatisfied with the results and wanted to return it. When you call the company to return it plan to wait on hold up to 30 minutes if you have the time. I didnt have the time to waste and emailed them. The response was to call the same number as I was on hold with (isnt that interesting). I waited again, over 15 minutes and gave up. I am sure if I were calling sales it would have been picked up right away. I UPS the product to them and it was returned. I finally took the time to wait on hold, got a supervisor called Susan. She told me that the hold time is "hit or miss", she mocked that I didnt have time to hold for so long, told me I didnt read the paperwork, told me she was recording this conversation as I was a "problem" and blamed the computer for locking me out of any return even though I started the return well within the time limit, she took no responsibility for the companies hold time and inconvience to the customer, and really didnt care about my dissatisfaction. Her response told me she has done this many times with other people. I am sure I am not the only one who has had this problem and would caution anyone who is interested in trying this product to beware. If you want to buy my used one let me know I will sell it for 1 cent. QVC should know I will never buy anything from them ever again!
Waste of money, bad customer service!!

I tried this product several times and it's awful. Save your money! After realizing how bad it was I attempted to return it. They have a severly strict 30 day money back refund. I was over 5 days and they will not do ANYTHING at all about it. No flexability at all. Even wrote a letter and they stand by their 30 day policy. Very poor customer service skills. Word of mouth travels fast.

UPDATE: Luminess Air is absolutely the most incredible product and airbrush technique to a apply flawless finish over 52 year old face with 48 year full thickness scars ~ its magnificent! I am through with camouflage, pan, powders and theatrical makeup! The makeup and technique make my makeup application faster, more natural and such a finer transition between my normal skin and my damaged scarred chin, neck and chest area. I can use the correct color (after expert help from the support staff) to blend my full thickness scars into a natural looking color instead of one that was so caked on and would wear off during the day or reflect light and be very noticable. BUT, the biggest difference is the freedom Luminess gives me to hold my head up high, knowing that my makeup will stay put all day, looks fantastic and I can be the person on the outside that I am on the inside ~ no more HIDING! Granted, my scars did not disappear, anyone who sees me can see the scars, but its not the main focus for me or them ~ this allows me a sense of freedom I have not had before. I wish others could experience this exciting product. The ease of use but more importantly is the staff lending the support to make sure you are using your tool correctly, to suggestions about color ~ my biggest porblem. After talking with them, no problem, just excitement because I felt like a pro with their suggests and feedback. They are so caring ~ I just can't say enough. Thank you, you just don't really know what a difference you have made in my life!!

Don't Waste Your Money!

Do not buy this product. You can put your make-up on better with your fingers then what this product can do. I used this product and it covers nothing. Basically when you use this product it's like just putting a few drops of make-up on your face and spreading it around. That's it.

I bought the Luminess Air System ([]) because I thought it would give me a more natural look with make up. I am 40, have some minor sun damage and a few wrinkles. I got the hang of the air brush pretty quickly but had no luck with the make-up itself. The shades were fine but the tones were very pinkish. I mixed and matched and still could not get it right. It also left a shine to my face. No matter how light or heavy I airbrushed. Overall I did not like the make-up or how it looked so I bought another air brush foundation set from []. It is fabulous. Goes on smooth, looks very natural and lasts all day long. My old makeup went [].
