READ ME...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PROD :)

2/14/2008 - mika-kyle of New York, USA writes:

bought this prod july 2005 (and bought other exercise equipments) -- still the lateral thigh stepper is by far the best equipment for me (it gives results even if you use it for just 20-25mins). for the 1st time in my life...i was able to wear 2pc swimsuit. however, my stepper already gave in (after 2 1/2 yrs) so i'm getting a new one. i actually bought a somewhat similar but cheaper stepper -- honestly, i am sending this one back and will buy a lateral thigh stepper AGAIN!

Love it!

2/5/2008 - Sophie of Auckland, New Zealand writes:

I got this off a [] in NZ for $40.00 and I have to say that it was the best $40.00 I've ever spent on a piece of work-out equipment. It is excellent for toning your thighs and if you're bored just make it fun by doing it to your favourite music! I use it twice daily (morning & night) the first time with the video and the second mixing up the exercises to my own music. I don't have any knee problems as a result of using it I find the power-cords to be a great addition to the work-out!

Not so great

11/2/2007 - Ron of Oregon, USA writes:

I was really looking forward to a great workout in a very small space. The video was okay and helped to keep the momentum going, but the toe-in angle of the foot-steps was frustrating. It eventually (a half-dozen sessions) did a job on my knees and I totally gave up. Mind you, I'm a really big guy and was worried that the weight rating on this thing would cause it to bust under me, but it kept going with only a few groans and gripes. As I mentioned before, I stuck with it for just a short time but, all-in-all it did what it said it would do. The pidgeon-toe posture was a deal breaker for my workouts though.

Superb fat burning gadget

7/19/2007 - Shahnaz of England, UK writes:

I purchased my Lateral Thigh Trainer from a television shopping channel and i must say its absolutely fantastic. I am not hyping because i lost 1 stone and 2 kilos in just 6 weeks. It did not bust my knees, you have to really warm up and down after the exercise session and so far i have had no problems with aches or pains.I have lost several inches off my hips, waist and above all now i have a flat stomach with definitions. I work out 6 hours every week and its just fun , you can watch the TV and listen to music whilst burning all those fat away. For years i had struggled especially with flabby bottoms, thighs and abs and now i have found the right equipment to say adios to all those flabs! It was quite expensive going to the gym regularly , hence i was looking for something which was compact and portable. The only con would be the computer monitor as its dosen't give accurate readings hence i just completely ignore it as i know the results i have achieved with loads of compliments from family, friends and strangers. The key to losing weight is exercise and calorie controlled diet. The LTT is definitely a good investment piece, and my hats off to the manufacturers.

If you want bad knees, buy it...

3/18/2007 - Zabietta of London, England writes:

It's true. Across other review websites as well, people have complained about their knees so it wasn't just me. I thought maybe it depended on who had bad knees and or didn't, so I tried it. The next day when I was doing my other cardio workouts, my knees felt dodgy. I didn't try it again. It can't be my age- I'm eighteen yrs old! Just a warning that you should use with caution. On the otherhand, it DID make my legs burn when using it so it was doing it's job, but what's the point in destroying your knees for nice legs. Not a price I'm willing to pay.

Knee killer

10/11/2006 - Colken of New York, USA writes:

I asked for and received this as a gift, total waste of money. The motion of this piece of equipment is not natural and after 2 mins. my knees were killing me. I tried it several times thinking I just had to get used to it, no way! Even if my knees weren't an issue, it's hard to get on and off and I was bored. I have an elliptical trainer and that's the best all around workout for me. I had read about other knee issues from reviews on the web with this product, I thought those people were complaining because they already had knee problems. If you're like me and have never had knee issues, this product could give you problems regardless. I repeat, knee killer.

Works but boring

10/8/2006 - Mia of Illinois, USA writes:

I have this machine. The monitor stopped working so I can't track anything like number of calories burned. I can only stay on for about a minute or two bec. I do feel the burn in my thights right away. I think it was worth getting, I just need to stay on longer so I can hopefully see some results. It does get boring too.

Pretty Awesome

8/13/2005 - Amber of Georgia, USA writes:

This product is great for anyone who doesnt have knee problems and doesnt get bored easily. I admit that it gets boring, but you can stick with it while watching TV or just doing it on the commercials. Sorta set small goals, but within a month of useing it maybe 30mins a day I lost like 4 inches off my hips.
