Very disappointed - if John Beck was following his own advice and buying houses for $200. he wouldn't be hawking his book. If it was so easy to do every person would be doing it. He promises 30-day guarantee, however, since you receive your order in 60-120 days, you're stuck with your order.

Ordered but mislead us in use of money down. Guarantee money back in full no response to being charged when not to charge us for product nor services we received.

I invested $14,500 in this program. They almost guaranteed you would get your money back in two months. Well, it's been nine months and i'm practically broke. I complained that the program is a hoax and they decided to reimburse $4,500. Still trying to get my full refund but they refuse to do so. They also make you invest in a corporation and they assure you that you get your money back when you file your taxes. All this cost extra. I was suckered and made John Beck richer.

I purchased john beck free and clear system for 39.95 plus shippiong and handling. total charged to my chard was 64.00. the material I recieved told me nothing and did nothing for my money. It didn't even tell you how to get started to see if the system could work. They gave a numvber for you to call first and try to get you to spend more money in the THOUSANDS!! to have some one teach you what you need to know!! the Imfor commerical doesn't tell you that and I recently sent everything back to them. I will be putting a stop payment on that charge for I doubt I will ever see a credit back from them. NO!!!DON'T FALL FOR THIS RIPOFF!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME.

It is a rip off. not worth the paper it is written on. There are now cheap properties to buy under $500. Where he got them is beyond me.

I purchaed this product hoping to learn how to buy and sell some of the tax certificates discussed on the infomercial. After the books (pamphlets more like it) and cds arrived I immediately started reading them and watched the dvd that was sent. All of it was just like the infomercial in that it gave no specific information that would really help a person do any of the thing that he talked about on the infomercial. A few days later a rep from the company called me. He bagan talking about how great the program was. i told him I could not see that it gave me enough info to do anything. He then said, "Oh, the info pack we sent you will not help you do anything, that is why we offer the mentor service." Ends up he wanted me to spend thousands more to have one of their mentors teach me what I thought I was buying. NO!!

We received the first packet of information and then were convinced to pay $5700 for their coaching program with a 100% guarantee that we would make back our original investment within 30-90 days. If not, we would receive a full refund. We have tried to get our money back within the 60 day window and no one returned our calls and no one returned our emails.

My experience with this product has been frustrating and negative to say the least. I have found none of the information in this course to actually be of any use. I have tried the websites they refer you to and they are defunct or not applicable. When I tried repeatedly to get a refund by calling the 800 number, I got a useless recording which does not tell you how to get a refund at all. I have gotten the runaround over and over. They then have the nerve to have a telemarketer call you to sell you mentoring and other course related stuff! Holy cow......someone erase this stamp on my head which reads "SUCKER" please.

The initial price was reasonable and the program arrived quickly. After receiving the program we spent many hours trying to figure out how to actually use the program. Then a phone call came offering more info to get started. We were encouraged to use "other people's money" (take out a loan) for personal consultation and assistance. We stopped trying to use it after that.
