Its a good workout if you dont have much to lose & are looking for a fun EASY workout. I did not feel nor see any result in my abs & didnt work up a sweat. I am not in shape so its not that. Its just the moves dont get your heart rate up the way cardio should. Boring after a couple of times. You end up memorizing the routine and its not even that fun. I wouldnt recommend this to someone who is looking to really lose weight or someone who is looking to have something in case they dont want to go to a gym that day. The music is good for younger people. If you are just looking for a easy simple way to get you moving (moving is moving, even if you did it a little), and you feel music is the only way to help you do that, then yeh Id recommend it. Hope it helps.

I have just finished up HIP HOP ABS and boy does it make you work up a sweat and lose pounds!!!!! This is a fun and easy-to-follow exercise. I lost 5 inches off my waist and you CAN feel the moves working your abs if you do it right. Also, Shaun T is a great instructor!

I am 29 and never worked out. I used HHA for a month now and my waist is down 4 inches off my waist. It's fun and easy to do. I did not follow the eating guide but I do watch what I eat now and eat less.

I started Hip Hop abs this week. It is fun, challenging and the instructor "Shaun T" is easy to follow. I felt such a burn in my abs. This workout is for those who like to dance. And I love to dance, and, still it takes a lot of concentration to get the moves down right. My Mother, who's a dancer, is also loving this work out. And it makes you sweat like crazy when you really concentrate on tightening the ab muscles throughout the entire workout. Love this workout. Best I've ever tried. I would recommend it to anyone who likes dance and fitness combined.

I want to say that I have been using this product for two weeks and I have seen faster and better results then any exercise tapes in the past. Turbo Jam comes second to hip hop abs, but you can rotate them both if you are bored with music. If I usually get sick of the music then I put my Ipod on and dance to my own music, but use the DVD for the exercising. I have lost 3 inches in two weeks.

I just received my HHA DVDs a couple of days ago. First, I watched all of the videos without exercising. Yesterday I worked out and today I worked out this morning and evening. I have several other workout videos, this is the first one I have looked forward to working out with. I felt a difference after the first workout. The workouts were great and I was able to keep pace. I am 53 years old. This is a keeper!

Bought the Hip Hop Abs. LOVE IT! Really great cardio, excellent trainer, gets you going! Absolutely worth the money! (Note: not for the rhythm challenged! Need to be able to stay on beat) but let loose and have fun!

Well,I bought the hip hop abs, about two weeks ago.I love it,love it.but it is true you gotta love hip hop to do the moves. It is so much fun.And Shaun T makes me laugh while working out..You really do feel it all over..Trust me ,It is fun.I bought yoga booty ballet, not as much fun as the hip hop abs or slim in six.Believe me this is real , have no reason to lie.

I brought HipHop Abs about 1 month ago and have done most all the workouts just a few times a week. My daughter and I had done the Turbo Jam workouts that helped us lose over 50 lbs. altogether. So I wanted try something different that will really work the abs. Shaun T's workout is pretty good and you really feel it working your abs. It not for beginners, even though he breaks down the moves several times before going to tempo. I recommend for it intermediate/advance level folks and for those who like Hiphop. I think Turbo Jam is better for quicker results.

I have been doing Hip Hop Abs for about 2 weeks and I really like it. My stomach seems to be getting tighter which I tought would be impossible after my 2 kids. I believe that anything works as long as you don't give up, so the key is to find a workout you would really enjoy doing and would not get bore of it. If you love to dance you will really like Hip Hop Abs.

I orderered the hip hop abs and So far so GOOD!!! I started with the cardio tape and i really felt it in my mid section, but then i upped it to total body burn and boy does it work everything. My Arms, My Legs, My abs, I was sore as can be the next day. I am still new to it but i am sure my body will transform, Shaun T makes it fun too!

I tried Hip Hop Abs and got through the learn and burn. I liked it but it was kinda hard, but I've only been working out for about 3 weeks and I'm 50lbs overweight. I was really out of breath and I didn't feel like I worked my muscles. I bought Turbo Jam too and that was easier, more fun And the next day I was really feeling that I worked every muscle in my body.

As a turbo jam user, I wanted to change a bit my workout. Hip Hop abs is quite easy to learn but gets boring after a little time. Same moves, same music...I would'nt recommand it as the only workout but when you mixed it with others workouts, it works quit good. You should see results as fast as the second week. Your core will be much tighten for sure.

HHA is a great product and the dance moves are that hard because Shaun T breaks each move down and you do them 4 or 5 times before performing the at a fast tempo. I haven't lost any weight because I just start using the product, but I can feel my abs working using the the 3 T methods and I would recommend this for those who want to lose weight or just get a good workout in. I'm not sure how to rate this product. It's probably a great workout IF you love dancing and can move to the rhythms of hip hop intuitively. I thought I did, but I just couldn't get into THIS workout. I felt like I was a graceless klutz, and felt silly jumping around the room flapping my arms. So, unless you're a dancer, love hip hop and want to dance... go with a regular athletic workout to get any real results. I should have.
