A gentleman named Josh recently wrote in his review that he uses this appliance on his dog and cat. I couldn't believe it...the steam is very very hot, and is not safe for pets! Otherwise, I do like steam mops.

I've never written a review before, but I had write about my H20 mop. I bought it about 2 months ago. My house is 70% tile so keeping the floors clean have always been a real chore. Now that I have my steam mop cleaning is easy and my floors have never looked cleaner. The mop is very easy to use, and everyone that come's over comments on how clean my floors look. One satisfied customer.

Now I can look look a pro painter. Before the H2O mop, my kids told me they always knew when I painted a room -- "We know you did it Dad because of dried paint on the wood floors right below every wall you paint!" Usually that paint just stayed there because of how hard it was to scrape it off the wood without damage or scrapes to the floor or harmful chemicals. Well, one day I painted a room on my own while the kids were doing sleep-overs. This was just shortly after I received my H2O mop. The next day, I noticed the usual -- dried paint here and there right under the walls. I got the H2O mop and literally within minutes, I removed all evidence! When my kids got back, they told me how great the room and that is was obvious I finally hired someone to do it professionally. That same day, I went to the other rooms I had painted. Although the paint was in some places dried paint from 3-4 years, the H2O Mop handled the paint as if it just got on the wood floors. I estimate that my cost savings with the H2O mop is going to be in the hundreds each year. No more premium cleaning products to buy. No more costly accessories to buy. This thing really works!

I love my h2o mop, I just got it today. My ceramic floor which I used to mop the old fashion way would always look dull and the grout got dirtier every time; the h20 mop gave it the shine it deserves with out streaks and very little effort on my part to be an RA sufferer!! I could never get the exess water off my old mop because of my tender joints, but now I don't even need the darn bucket, I love that! Ok the floor didn't dry as I moped, but it still gets the job done without a bucket! and it takes less time to dry than my old mop leaving no residues; to make this product absolutly perfect I would suggest an off/on button that I won't have to hold, other than that it works great for me.

I tried the H2O mop a few times and I was very disappointed. I expected it to make my floor cleaning a lot easier and faster. The floors take a very long time to dry and not in a couple of minutes as explained in the infomercial. I tried it on grout and it did not lift the dirt at all. Also, I found that when cleaning a large room, I need to change the pad otherwise I get dirt marks all over my floor. The only good thing about this product is that I don't need to carry buckets of dirty water.

I ordered the H2O Mop and it arrived within 7 days. I couldn't wait to use it. I have bamboo floors and have been struggling with keeping them clean. In the past, I was using boiling water with a bit of vinegar. However, this would still give me footprints in no time. I also have 3 dogs to keep up with....that in and of itself is a huge struggle. Well I have to say that I love this machine. The house smelled so wonderful when I was done! And the floor has never been so clean. It's as if the machine got rid of all of the buildup from previous attempts! And the floor stayed clean for much longer than traditional mopping. I do agree that the water took a little longer to dry...however, the results were worth that little inconvenience. I would recommend this machine for sure!!!!

I used this mop once and returned it the next day. The handle was wobbly. The floor had to be cleaned after I cleaned it with the mop. You have to have strength to push the mop around (with it wobbling). Lots of work to use with very little return.

Do not buy this product. The pads stay really wet. It is not good for laimnate floors as it leave water everywhere. It didn't pick up dust or hair. It also didn't fit behind my toilet like it said.

The mop is horrible!! It leaves too much water all over and doesn't clean the grout, grooves, flat places or anything like the infomercial. I wish I had done a little more searching for reviews before I spent so much on this piece of junk. Don't even think about wasting your money. A microfiber cloth mop that you wet yourself does a much better job.

Mop does nothing at all like what is shown on TV. Infomercial is completely misleading...as most of them are no matter what the product is. Shipping is too costly to return it, and Customer service won't do anything to help you. Water puddles on the floor...not just a little bit but a lot.I have laminate wood floors and had to dry them with a towel because of all the water standing on the floor. It truly is a piece of crap. The trigger to produce steam sticks and you have to squeeze it several times to turn it off. The cord is too short. It is much more time consuming and more work than a regular mop. The ultimate piece of CRAP!

I am a military wife with 3 kids and a dog. My life is pretty hectic and I was so tired of trying to find a time when I could mop the floor and wait an hour before it could dry.We all know what a pain that is right? Well about 30 minutes before my kids came home from school I swept and mopped my kitchen with the H2O mop and it was bone dry in just minutes. It doesn't leave water puddles on the floor unless you leave it wayyyy to long in one spot.If you are going to be using it on a huge area you might need to use more than one pad but I have a nice size kitchen and dining room and it was fine for me.I don't know why anyone would love it.It is fantastic. I would use that old saying "It's the best thing since sliced bread" Ha Ha. The little hand steamer that I got with mine also works wonders. I didn't have to get out the old toothbrush to get out gunk in crack anymore.I just point that thing push the button and all that gunk in those little cracks of all those things you have had for years looks brand new again. I couldn't beleive how great this product was until I tried it. If you want to save yourself hours of cleaning. GET this mop. Of course it works so great you will be trying to find things to use it on and hoping your dog leaves muddy footprints on the floor so that you can mop them up!

I placed an order yesterday and I have contacted Thane the company that I placed the order and I asked to have the order cancelled on the same day. Thane had not given me a receipt number for my order over the phone and they said that they coulden't that I had to call again today to cancel my order. I called them again at 8 o'clock and they told me that they would not cancel the order for me even though I explained to them that my husband had gone and bought me a machine for me already. Do not buy from these people. They are not a good company to deal with. I will never buy anything else from them because the way they operate. They arae not rated in the Better Business Bureau Apparently there is a law that protects companies that do business over the internet and over the phone so that they are allowed to not give you your money back or cancel your order if you wish to do so you will be better off going to a normal store to buy this product it is going to be $50 cheaper and you will be able to return it if you have your recipt

This product is great...if you want puddles of water and smeared dirt everywhere. I just tried out my H20 mop today, and it was useless. it left puddles of water everywhere and only smeared dirt across the floor. on carpet it removed a small amount of dirt, but didn't remove any stains, and left the carpet soaked with water. This is a total rip-off, DONT BUY THIS POS MOP

I own a cleaning business, and this is the best floor steamer I have tried, at any price! It heats instantly, and cleans the floor beautifully. I was amazed at how much dirt came up from my hardwood floors, which are mopped regularly. They look ever so much better now! My clients love the restoration when I use it on their floors, and several have purchased the H2O after seeing the difference the steamer made in the appearance of the hardwood and vinyl flooring. A good comparison would be how you vacuum and maintain your carpets, but when the carpet cleaner comes, and you see how filthy the water is that the cleaner sucked out of your carpet, you just can't believe it. It is the same with the H2O! You won't believe how much dirt comes up initially, even though you have mopped and vacuum regularly with another product! It may take several cleanings before you get to the maintainence level, so be patient! I highly recommend this product, and use it regularly at home, and in my business as well.

The H2O Steam Mop works as well and even better than other steam mops in it's price range. Yes it leaves water on the floor but that is easily remedied with a clean dry cotton mop. The [] that someone suggested on here as being better was not. It also left water on the floor, was difficult to push, and the pad could not be tightened to keep it on the mop head. The H2O mop glides across the floor and the mop head stays tight when you tighten it. Also, the on switch makes the mop convenient, you simply trigger it on and when done trigger it off. Unlike the [] which you have to hold down continuously to get it to work. Those of you who didn't read your owner's manual on the mop or believed the fairy tales of an info-mercial are doomed to be disappointed. I found it cleaned very well, even got pet stains out of the grout in my ceramic tile. Don't be fooled other mops in this price range do not work any better than the H2O. I think it could be improved with the addition of more reusable mop pads included so that you could mop your entire house without having to stop and rewash the pads other than that it worked as I expected it. Anyone who expected a $800.00 quality machine for the price of $99.00 shouldn't be allowed out with their wallet!

UPDATE: I wish I had researched this product and found your website earlier. A HUGE disappointment. The anticipation of waiting for well over a month and then to not have the "mop" perform as it did in the infomercial was a major letdown. I tried to get some spots out of the carpet and used the entire water reserve for a very small section. It did absolutely NOTHING! As for the hardwood floors. it left them wet enough that someone could easily fall from the slickness of the floors.

VERY disappointed. Don't buy this product, it just leaves big puddles all over your floor, contrary to what the add shows. And as for the "carpet cleaning feature", well you might as well poor hot water on your carpet b/c it is essentially all you are doing with this product. I don't know how these companies get away with making such false claims, they should held liable somehow, but instead I have to pay to return the product and the cost to me in shipping will be $60.. i could have bought a [] and enough supplies to last me a few years with that. They are jumping on the environmental band wagon.. don't fall for it. It is a piece of junk!!!

I highly suggest this product if you have tile floors. I bought the H2O Mop two months ago and I love it! It works great on my tile floors. I will never go back to a regular dirty nasty mop!!! It does not leave streaks or puddles and dries very quickly. As long as you don't have floors that require wax, or are excessively dirty, or have groves, pockets or tears, you should have no problem. I use to dread moping the floor, now I gladly mop at every other day because I know it only takes mintues and there are no nasty mops or dirty water to deal with. Best of all it's eco-friendly and no harsh chemical residue for the baby to crawl around in.
