I wish I had known that the handheld only works for about one minute before you have to refill. Refilling means waiting 10 minutes until it cools down to fill it again. Takes too long to get the job done. I am very busy and need effictient tools. That is why I got these products. I would not have bought this package if I had it to do over. That must be why the handheld is is free when you buy the mop. You throw money to the wind trying to return them.

This product is not user friendly, does not handle what it's supposed to accomplish, and then you get someone on the customer service line who really doesn't give a darn about the problem, but just blurbs out how to send it back at your own expense no less. It will be about $40 for me to send this piece of junk back to them. Never again will I get anything from an infomercial. I bought the whole works including warranty and they don't have any place to send it to locally to avoid re-shipping.

One word to describe H20 mop, junk. Doesn't clean, leaves floor really wet'n dirty and can't even stand on its own. I've been suckered!!

I think the "unacceptable" opinions given in ratings are given by people that are just not using the product correctly. You do have to rinse/squeeze the pad on large floors or there is water left. Steam does turn to water!! Keep it wrung out and it works fine. The hand held is wonderful! Toilet base, glass top stove, corners on floors, tiles...I loved it too. 4 star a/c the wringing out of the pad and I can do that!

I have used the mop on my carpet, on my vinyl floor, and on my tile bathroom floor. This steam cleaner got them cleaner than they have ever been before. The drying time was quick and the mop was easy to use. I was able to remove spots from the carpet that nothing else had taken out. Found it worked best to use some sort of spot remover on the carpet in advance of steaming it. I have recommended this to friends and to a cleaning woman I know. Care needs to be taken when inserting the water tank--get it in tightly or water may puddle.

The H2O mop was purchased when I saw the TV ad demonstrating "how well it cleans tile grout." The H2O mop is purely a surface mop without the ability to clean grout. The cloth pads; however, does well with carpet and furniture. Overall, the [] is just as good, cheaper and without the hassel.

The H2O mop did everything I expected it to. You do have to wait about 30 seconds while the water heats up to make - heres a shock... STEAM! I have used it on linoleum and carpet and I thought it was great. Got everything out of the crevices of the linoleum and helped with carpet stains. It did not leave the floor bone dry, but it was significanly dryer than if I had mopped. What I told my sister is this is not something you would use because you have company coming in 30 minutes... you would use this because you have company coming (especially toddlers) in a couple of days! And it is not quick. It is easier to move it backwards than forward... so what... it is very good at what it does which is getting your floor amazingly cleann with no chemicals... if you want something that does that, the H2O mop is for you. I agree that an on/off switch would be nice and if it would stand up on its own all the time.

Was very disappointed in this product. Does not live up to the claims on the infomerical. It was difficult to push, the pad came off and is kind of clumsy to put on. Unlike the claim that it dries immediately, the steam pools leaves uneven wetness that takes several minutes to dry. The microfiber mop got saturated very quickly. To return the product I will be out $50 shipping and handling plus my own cost of returning which will be more than half the cost of the product. A very expensive mistake indeed. This makes me mistrust this manufacturer who is not willing to stand by its product.

What a POS. I could hardly push this on my vinyl floors, I could only pull it. My wife has shoulder problems and could not push it at all. On top of figuring out what crap it was, to return it you only get a refund for the product not the 50% charge for shipping and handling. I told my wife to never order anything else from infomercials and intend to put a stop on my cc for this order. I am not going to send this stupid item back and still be out $50.

I love the H2o mop. I live in an older house where the tile floors have build up from years of commercial cleaners, dirt, etc. With the first use of the H20 mop, it picked up layers of build-up. After several uses, my floors are shiny, clean and wonderful. It is true that the floor does not dry instantly as the commercial states. Personnaly, I am OK with this.

I am very disappointed - I bought 2 mops and just tried and it is so messy and leaves water marks on my tiles - it never showed it leaving lots of water on the floor, no matter how slow or fast you move the mop - would definitely advie not to buy this product - 2 very expensive mistakes!!!!

I agree with most of the posters here. Mine made a dreadful noise the first 30 seconds after I plugged it in, then stopped when the steam started to cme out. It does not dry instantly as they claim on the commercial. While there were no puddles, it certainly was not dry immediately. It was just like using an old fashioned mop - only with boiling hot water instead of tap hot water. On my white marble bathroom floor it did not dry evenly so in the light you can see puddle marks. If I have to get down on my hands and knees to dry the floor anyway, I might as well use the bucket and sponge I have used for the last 30 years. Knowing I have to pay the S&H to return it I won't bother. I'll give it to my sister-in-law for Christmas. She hates me anyway so this will make her day!

UPDATE: have been using it regularly now and what i really notice is that my barefeet "squeak" when i walk on the wood floors. now that i keep dry covers handy, this takes less time to do the floor than my hoover. i am still pleased with it and like the squeaky cleanness of my floors.

very pleased w/the amount of steam and how clean my hardwood floors and bathroom tile floors came out. especiallly pleased with the maneuverability around the bsck of the toilet. i have been using the hoover floor washer previously. this is quicker and really cleans. not so great on carpet. it does steam up the nap and will get some easy stains out. perhaps w/the carpet cleaner fluid it will do better. definitely should change cloth when doing larger areas. the more the use, the more the wet stays. otherwise, it dries fairly quickly...about the same as my hoover.

Mop leaves floor soaked, needed to towel-dry floor on hands & knees, even after doing just one small bathroom floor. Called customer service (a long distance phone number) who confirmed I was using the product properly. Spent $40 in shipping product to me and back.

We just received this mop. Could hardly wait to use it. Tried it out today. After doing a couple of sweeps with the mop, my husband had to get down on his hands and knees ( with a towel) and dry the floor. This mop does not make household chores easier. Do not buy. It looks so good on the infomercial. Wish we had found this site before buying.

I just tried my H2o Mop. I thought it was good, but not great. I have tiles and wood in my house. After washing the tiles I was pleased with the quick result, peace of mind that the steam killed everything, however it took about 5 minutes to dry. I think the trick to having your tiles dry fast is to change the cloth after one room, so it does not get very wet and consequnetly takes longer to dry. I will be keeping it since the other way was to get down on my knees. However, I do think is over priced. It feels weak because it is not very steady, and no on/off button. I think it's worth about 30 bucks. They lie when they say you can use it on wood floors. Just because of this lie they do not merit customers. Dirty busines.

I bought the H2O mop because I have a large area of tiles and I thought the machine would cut down the drying time. Not so. It left the floor so wet it took ages to dry, hours later it was still tacky-feeling underfoot, and there were streaks left when it eventually did dry. Other than those faults, I think a steam cleaner is a great idea, so in my opinion there are one of two things that should happen here: The manufacturer should either make improvements to the mop or be shut down for wasting out time and money: Even though you get a refund when you return it, you still have to pay the postage both ways.
