I was disappointed when I opened my package and noticed that the stones that were included in the deal were just plain basic small studs. They were nothing like the stones advertised on t.v. I checked to see about ordering larger stones in addition too but found nothing. This was my 1st time ordering something from t.v. and from the this experience this will be my last. I only wish i had read all the other reviews of other disatisfied customers before buying this product.
Not enough of rhinestones

I received the Gemagic. When i opened it up and looked at all the studs and genstones I realized that I couldn't not finish one design that came with the machine. There was not enough of one color or size. Checked their website and you cannot order individual colors or sizes. Tou have buy their variety pack. Sending mine right back.

I just want to say that i think the product is alright,but the delivery and the ordering of t he product wasn't that great!After calling customer service 4times i finally got my product 11/2 months later.I didn't get everything i ordered and no one is willing to componsate my loss. I feel like i got ripped off in what i paid!
stones are cheap

The stones will not stay on the articles we have desighed. It is imbarressing to have the stones fall off when you are showing the designs to friends. I ordered 2 of these machines for my granddaughters and they are not worth the money I paid for them. I returned the gemagic machines and they charged by credit card again instead of giving me the credit for the ones I returned.

this product was a disappointment. Here in New Mexico we would call it junk. I bought it for my two daughters. I felt sorry for them as, the rhinestones were tiny and mostly cheap studs. I hope the girls will find a way to use it. I ordered it on hte phone and it was unbelieveable the way that hte recording went on and on till I finally hung up and wondered if I would recieve the thing to begin with. I dont think it is at all what hte commercial made it out to be. I guess if ya cant get it at [] forget it!?

I am totally unhappy with this product. Each time I have attempte to put on a stone, the prongs have twisted and gone to the outside forcing me to lift them with an instrument and push down again. This needs to be returned for credit and I have no infomration about where to return this stuff to. The rhinestones are not quaility and the instrument is not one that will allow the rhinestones to be placed on even thin cotton without the prongs bending outward.
Where are the big stones?

The product was easy to obtain - not on backorder when I ordered it - but the infomercial was misleading as the stones appeared to be much larger than those in the kit. Also, most of the items shown were done in stones and very few stones are in the kit. More stones are available on the website, but are probably all small.
Kids Crafting

I purchased this product at the request of my 11 year old daughter. She greatly enjoyed this product. We have made several diffrent types of craft ideas to decorate her room and her clothing. I enjoy this product myself when it was time for birthday gifts. However this product did remind me of the Bedazler. Which was a slight disappointment to me. However the joy that I see on my daughters face when she is creating new ideas is out weighs this minor disappointment. We have not had any problems with the care and cleaning of the clothing that the rhine stones and gems were put on, we wash by hand and line dry or lay flat for drying purposes. If your child enjoys crafting and you enjoy crafting with your child I recommend this for quality time purposes.
Plastic rhinestines

I tried to order and was excited after watching the infomercial but everything was on backorder so I asked questions and found out that the stones are plastic so I canceled the order. You can not dryclean plastic beads. Please do not call crystals if plastic as that is very misleading. I am willing to pay extra for quality stones. Please give that choice.Machine is wonderful but stones are substandard.

Took 3 months to receive was on back order box open when I received imatation of bedazzler very cheap rhinestones break when trying to apply not worth the 50 I spent buy one get one free yea right 50 for both not worth it plastic and not worth what they charge
