Bad Customer Service, but product can be fun

I ordered this online after not getting an answer on the phone. My card was approved for the charge, and I got an email confirmation of my order, but weeks passed with no product. I sent an email, which was ignored. I could not reach them by phone. I sent another email, which was replied to. They were out of stock, and didn't have a date when they could fill my order. I cancelled the order because I saw my local (but national) drugstore had the product in singles. I purchased the green one for my son. With shipping and handling the product from the commercial is overpriced anyway. My 5 year old had fun with it. He covered a dinosaur and gave it funky antennae. He made a snake, etc. However, the product is hard to remove from where it shouldn't be, such as my pigskin-covered table and a little got on a stuffed animal.

I bought this after my daughter saw it on TV. It's a bunch of foam little balls mixed up with some sort of silly putty. She quickly lost interest in it and it now sits un-played with. We only recieved 4 small tubs in which they were suppose to be doubled. Waste of money in our opinion!!!
