This Product is miserable! I wish I could give zero star. The customer service is one of the worst I've experienced. I am very upset about the whole experience, and I want to make sure nobody else goes through this. The make up doesn't have coverage and cakes on the face. The shades doesn't match on the skin tone. It looks like a mask and drying even on my oily skin. Makes wrikles look worse! Please do not buy this product or try it. It's not worth your time or money.

So, I bought this product, thinking that it would be helpful and good for my skin. First of all, the color was completely off. It looked too orangy and definitely looked cakey & FAKE on my skin. Then I tried to return it...they wouldn't let me. The customer service representatives did very little to help me and told me that I still had to pay the 2 payments of 49.99 PLUS 27.95 for shipping and handling!!!! I paid through my checking account and apparently something went wrong with the deduction, so they sent my bill to COLLECTIONS without telling me! I highly recommend that you invest your money in Bare Escentuals! Don't waste your time or money on Dermacia!!!!

I tried this make-up and all I can say is Yuck! you have to work fast or else it drys and forget it once it is dry. The coverage was terrible. I have used many brands of make up and this one is not worth a penny. the make up remover had some kind of a peroxide in it, when I washed my faced and dried my face I guess I still had some of it on my face and it bleaced my towel, and I am putting this on my skin? no thanks sent it back the next day and got my refund right away. Make sure when you send it back you get a delivery confirmation from the post office it is 50 cents extra then check the internet to see when it delivered and call dermacia and they will print it out and apply it to your refund..I really wanted this to work...

Horrible makeup that did not live up to the claims made. The product packaging is cheap and the makeup was difficult to apply. After several tries I finally had it on right. It got cakey and ugly during the day and even my husband commented on how horrible it looked. I returned the product and received a refund without any problems.

What a waste of money! I ordered this product in mid February, paying not only S&H, but tax since I live in California. I received the product about 2 weeks later, and was so excited to try it out. I have acne & scarring, and it did not cover it at all. It felt like I was wearing stage makeup. it was heavy, made my face oily, and made me look like an oompa loompa. I ordered the lightest color they made, so they couldn't replace my colors. The soap smelled like house paint, and the facial mist felt like water. I was not at all satisfied, and immediately sent it back. That was the biggest waste of $20.00.

The colours were very wrong even when I mixed them. I switched one for a darker shade that my frind had and that was better but the product felt unnatural and heavy also it did make me break out despite claims that its good for acne skin. I cancelled as it was just not for me.

I bought the make-up and I like it if they can give a better view and look at the color you want. I sent back one bottle of color that was to dark and now they sent one that is 2 tones lighter than me. Now I have to send that back and try another color. So you can get frustrated and make you not want it, you PAY to much for this make-up as it is. But other than that I do like it.

I have rosacea and was using the minerals makeup which shows every wrinkle and is not long lasting. Dermacia covers the red and lasts all day. You do have to put it on quickly before it dries so I've learned to that. I love the face spray and the cleanser and toner. Contrary to other comments the cleanser Does take off all the makeup. I am glad I tried this product because now I can face the world with a porcelain complexion, and all the redness is covered. I can look in the mirror and like what I see, and that is such a wonderful feeling. Thank you for this product!

You have to put it on quickly or it'll dry. I've had to remove it to reapply it when interrupted during the application. If you can do it fast, it looks great. Too much trouble for me.

I have been using Dermacia for about two weeks now and I just love it. The cleanser and toner are very mild but take every trace of the makeup off. The mist moisture, my favorite, helps the makeup go on smoothly and gives my skin a flawless finish. I have large pores and Dermacia makes them much less visable.

The first time I tried it, the color was completely off...too dark and fake looking. I tried to blend the 2 colors that it came with and it looked even worse. I have dry skin and it made dark spots on my face and under my eyes as well. I think I'll try Bare Minerals instead. Didn't get to return Dermacia because I called after the 30 day trial period. What a waste of $120!!!

i tried other mineral products and noticed i had alot of wrinkles on my forehead. i tried dermacia and my forehead and face really look better. i like the fact it doesn't come off easily. I have sunspots on my face and it covers really well. the only problem i have had is if my nose area gets oily, if i blot it tends to come off. i like the feel, it feels much better than the mineral products. i wish it could be ordered in specific colors not as kits. i have not tried to reorder and did not go on the memership program.

Just received it today. So far the feel of the make-up is great, can hardly feel it on for the amount of coverage it gives or can give. seems to stay on all day. The moisterizer is nice, but I find I may need a bit more at night. I am able to exchange one of the foundations for a lighter color which is nice. So far so good.

I find this product to be light and breathable. I can't feel the Dermacia on my face like I can feel other liquid makeups. I switched from mineral makeup to Dermacia and I don't feel like I'm wearing makeup! I'm not sure why others felt that it was too thick. I'm guessing they used a heavier-hand in applying it. I use just a small squirt from the bottle and apply that to my entire face using a brush from Dermacia. I didn't want the cleansers, so the company allowed me to keep only the makeup for 29.95, which is affordable. I am a very happy, satisfied customer. I am 39, starting to see signs of aging, with slightly oily T-zone. Dermacia does not settle in my fine lines, and it doesn't make me look as old as I thought the mineral makeup did. I'm very pleased!

As most of you, I was SOOO excited to try this "breathable" makeup. And the "breathable" cleanser, toner, and a spray moisturizer??!! Could it be that I'd finally found what I'd been looking for, for my adult acne, oily t-zone and dry cheeks all in one product? NOPE. The cleanser is like baby wash...doesn't take the heavy makeup off. Follow with the toner that STILL doesn't take the heavy makeup off. Follow by the spray moisturizer that feels like a "peel-off" mask that you left on. Again, the make-up is so heavy and thick, the cleanser and toner don't even remove it all. But why shouldn't the makeup be heavy and thick...IT IS 6.65% Titanium Dioxide which is that thick white stuff found on EVERY LIFEGUARD'S NOSE!!! By the time you pay $9.95 s/h to you and the shipping back to Dermacia, you have paid for a TRUE high quality "breathable" product.

I have really tried to use these products because I had such high hopes based on the informercial. After 2 weeks, I have finally given up and am sending it back. I cannot get the colors to match my skin, no matter what I do and it is way too difficult to apply. I tried fingers, brush and sponge, with/without water and moisturizer. It always looks too heavy and unnatural. I don't like the feel of it on my face either. The cleanser was O.K. but the moisturizer made my skin burn. Grossly overpriced mediocre products. I hope I get my money back.

This product was worthless. Even worse then the product was the over two hour hold for customer service. Thank goodness for speaker phone.

I saw the infomercial for Dermacia Pro (the one with Rachel Hunter - not the Dermacia MD/lycogel, the stuff you can get from a dermatologist), and was really excited to try it. I have adult acne, and was thrilled with the prospect of makeup that could cover my scars & blemishes AND clear up my skin. I was really disappointed. I watched the video and put it on - it was so thick it was hard to apply evenly, and it smelled horrible. I wore it for a while to give it a chance, but it got cakey and looked like poor quality makeup on me. It also made my face feel rubbery - and was really hard to wash off. I read some reviews and tried some of the application advice I found, but it didn't work, so I ended up returning the product 3 days after it arrived. Disappointing.

I tried Dermacia three months ago after watching an infomercial several times and seeing the before/after results. It is absolutely the best makeup I've ever worn. It makes my skin look and feel younger; it lasts all day; and since I've been wearing it, my face isn't as oily or as red. I highly recommend you try it. Also, I've found it's easier for me to apply it with my fingertips or sponge and just use a brush to smooth it out if necessary.

I tried the product and after couple of days my skin was starting to break out. I sent it back, could not justify the price. The makeup felt heavy and very oily by the end of the day. I am going back to using mineral makeup, it does not bother me at all.
