I think this prodct is amazing. I've been using it for 3 days now and I normally do something while using it approx. 3 hours with 3 exercises. well, I just love it so I keep going and even though I'm just in my 3rd day I feel that there's a sore that's turning into muscle in my belly. I'm very very lazy in crunches and I thanked this product.

Ive been using it for a week and it seems like my upper ab is bigger. Also im not sore yet. maybe old fashion crunches are better.

This is a product that could have been totally great. I'm on my second belt and evidently when you go above 60-65% the right side goes crazy. Then it will pause itself. This is very frustrating because in the book it says go as high as you can with no pain for best results. So I feel I'm not getting the results I would get if I could crank it up. I've found a way to use it though. What you do is take the belt off and just use the pads & wires. Do one side of your abs at a time and use the left lead wires. This way you can crank it all the way to 100% but it takes twice as long because you have to do 2 cycles. One for each side. Maybe situps are easier after all.

Ok first of all this product is friggin amazing, i mean after the first use i felt sore the next day, teh good kind of soreness, i had the intensity like at 30 the first day, i'm up to 60, but this is where the but comes, the product seems to just reboot whenever i have the intensity higher than 60, idk why i changed the batteries and everything but it still reboots on any type of workout or level, i have contacted costumer service and asked for a replacement to see it that fixes the problem, but for the 2+ weeks i have used it, i gotta tell you, this thing is great
