This was just what I was looking for after my 2nd child.I wanted to be trained and pushed to my limit.It delivered the 1st time I did the workout.In about 4 weeks I was used to doing it and moved on to the next dvd.Push ups were a problem for me in the past,no problem now.I used the workout 4 about 6 months and was very toned and at a new fitness level.Worth every penny!Did wish it had a quick version for days you can't workout for an hour.
Not as easy at it looks

The Bootcamp Elite workout is hard! It's a take off from the other Blanks workout tapes, but still very motivational throughout. I certainly don't sweat like they do in the videos, but the resistance belts (when adjusted correctly) do make the workout worthwhile. All in all, if you are going to work out at home, these tapes combine aerobic and resistance training and are very useful. If you have an imagination, you can have a great workout using this product.
