My daughter was diagnosed with growth plate issues that were affecting her soccer play. Within 3 weeks of use she had almost no pain. I am ordering two more pair!!

This product intrigued me. With a 30 day money back guarantee, I thought I would try them and send them back. WOW! What a difference 30 days made. My lower back quit hurting and my feet actually look better. The first time I put them in my shoes, they felt odd and I almost gave up. But, after a couple hours, I noticed improvement. I am now on level five and my back and feet feel great!

I have very flexible ligaments and flat feet, with bad pronation, weak ankles, etc. I've also got a chronic ACL tear in one knee. So I have a lot of instability and pain with walking. I've had custom orthotics made twice for hundreds of dollars, but they were so rigid that I could never get used to them and the doctors wanted to remake them every year or so, for even more expense. I felt like I had not much to lose to try the Barefoot Science, and though I'm only up to level 2, I'm optimistic. My feet are hurting less and my gait is improving, and the gradual build up from one level to the other (I started with no insert at all to be safe) seems to be what I needed. I got the therapeutic model that goes to level 7, so I'll post back with results when I feel I've reached the optimum insert! But so far, I'm very pleased.

I had plantar fascitis and was using orthodics from a podiatrist and felt my success was limited. I purhcased barefoot science insoles and used them and followed their directions. It almost ruined my feet. It became an expensive mistake and made my feet painful. If you have high arches I would not recommend this product.

I read these reviews before getting Barefoot Science. This site really influenced my decision in purchasing the product. I think the company themselves may have written these reviews cause I'm not finding any difference in my feet. My feet are as sore as they were before after a day's work. I find them useless.

I saw the infomercial for these back in June 2007. I had given up wearing my prescription orthotics because they were causing severe knee and hip pain, and with my very flat feet and weak ankles, I was using a cane every day all day. When I saw the infomercial, I went to the web site to read more. I decided it was worth the extra cost to buy the therapeutic model--it was still only 25% the cost of what I had paid for my prescription orthotics. I bought the 3/4 version. Turns out, I needn't have bothered with the extra cost for the therapeutic model, because I have done great using the 4th step insert, and don't need the 5th step, much less the 6th and 7th! Even though I expect these things to need replacing next summer or before, they are worth it to me. They give my feet more relief, they don't hurt my knees and hips, and they fit in more types of shoes than my old hard plastic orthotics. I still limp and have foot drop in one leg, and won't be dancing anytime soon, but I can walk around the block without agony and that's plenty.

I never post reviews. I have had 4 years of dealing with plantar faciatis in my right foot. I had $400 orthodics for 2 years and they helped but if I went barefoot it flaired back up. So I was willing to try something new. After using this insert since end of July my foot feels much better and my massage therapist can tell a huge difference in my tendons in my foot. They are not tight and bunched up and I do alot of walking and hiking. I would definitely recommend this product.

I thought they were expensive and was going to return them, but then I got curious and tried them. My left ankles stopped cracking in 3 days, and my left foot was a little sore for a few days, with a muscle feeling a little tight, but not the foot does not crack and the muscles feel great. I will always wear them, and cost will never be an issue for good health.

This is an excellent product. I work in a hospital and am on my flat feet, rolling ankles, most of the day. For 20 + years I would come home with tired aching feet. After about 4-6 weeks of advancing this system, I no longer come home with tired aching feet, ankles or knees. The product could make the adjustible steps a bit sturdier, but over all an excellent valuable product. It's been 5-6 months now and I don't wear shoes without my Barefoot Science inserts!!!

I don't trust infomercials. I DO trust the []. It links to a few common-sense items like pedometers, and when I found the BFS link there I decided to take a chance. The insoles place varying degrees of pressure on the arch, depending on which pad you place in the holder. The pressure (at the heel base) fades after about a week, and you "go up a grade". After roughly 2 months you reach the "top" support. After about 4 weeks I went from severe arch-pain to mild discomfort. It's been 3 months now and I haven't noticed any pain for some time Pros: inexpensive, easy to use. Clear instructions. Has 3 sets of insoles for various shoes. Insoles are washable, and don't irritate the feet. Results are gradual but noticable, and lasting. Cons: insoles could be a little sturdier. The "short" insoles take a bit of getting used to. In all, a good experience and a good product.
