I have bad back pain and was willing to try anything to reduce pain, well this belt is annoying, its uncomfortable, it doesnt stay in place, there is no way you can wear this and go to work cause it sticks out like a sore thumb. you can achieve the same thing with a small firm pillow, nothing is worth buying this item, not even back pain.

Some daily back exercise and proper streching will do better than this belt. One nice thing is the reusable hot and cold packs. I would NOT have called and bought the back belt if I had known I would be on the phone for 30min with a recording trying in vane to sell or offer "free" 3month trial memberships to no end. You know they just prey on the elderly or people who get tired and hang up.(I mean you have to jump through hoops to decline these offers or other products or they will just sign you up.) Totally NOT worth the Hassles.
