It seems like the product could do what the manufacturer claims. In the 15 minutes that I got to spend on the piece of equipment, I did increase my heart rate. The problem being. I only got 15 minutes before the bellows blew out. I will not take advantage of the warrantee as the product is made poorly. And I'm afraid that I would have to return a number of them.

My girlfriend and I both purchased the AirClimber about two months ago. One of the machines starts off at the number 1 setting, but after a few steps it moves to the 2nd resistance setting. I was irritated at first, because these machines weren't cheap, but was even more irritated when I found out you had to pay another 20 bucks if there's a defect! It came defective! I decided not to pay the additional money and have just been using it with the higher resistance, because I figure I could use it at this point! Definitely not the best customer service oriented company, but I kind of expected that from an infomercial. Other than that, I love the workout. It's simple and we both are sweating by the end of it. Brenda is very engaging and funny in a bizarre way. We did the Airtight Abs last night and both loved it.

I received my Airclimber about 3 weeks ago,it took 2 weeks to get it.Everything was fine with it.Myself, there's nothing wrong with mine.I just love it.After a few sessions,I could feel it.My muscles are firming up.I love the workouts. So far,it's the best machine I ever got and I tried many.It is a bit noisy but I just put the tv a little louder so I can listen to Brenda and follow the workout.I'm keeping mine.I hope I won't have any problems with it later.I was surprised by the negative feedback.I hope it lasts for a long time,'cause I plan on using it for a long time.It works for me.Good luck with yours.

The problem with the Air Climber is two fold. Apparently, the bellows on 50 percent of the products are faulty. The other problem is customer service. Rather than admitting the problem with the bellows upfront, they first try to get you to pay $19.90 for a return postage. When pressed, the customer service agreed to send me the parts for me to replace them myself with no charge. I can forgive a faulty device, but I feel strongly that a company should not try to "rip the customer off" by seeing if they can get away with having the customer pay for their poor quality product. Oh, and the computer didn't count properly, either. They'll send me another one. We'll see how the "fixed" Air Climber works.

DO NOT USE ALL CAPS I have ordered Brenda Dygraff products before when she sold them on the two major shopping channels on TV- and everything was of good quality. The airclimber is another story! I received mine after 8 weeks of shipping ( from China maybe?) in a box with NOTHING else included. No how to manual- NO invoice -NO digital training computer-NO body cord and NO workout CD. Nothing but the plastic airclimber. I have been calling the LONG DISTANCE customer service number for two months- the note on the airclimber saying to read the how to manual BEFOFE using it- So I now must call my credit card company to reverse the charges for this piece of plastic junk. Oh as far as the quality of this item. It is not well made. It is plastic and junk- I am shocked that Brenda Dygraf put her name on it. TOTAL RIPOFF - please do not order this piece of junk!

I have had my airclimber for about 3 weeks now and just love it. My expectations were a little low after reading the previous reviews, but when it came (2 weeks later) it was just awsome. I don's really know what everyone is talking about. I guess being plastic, these things can happen. With mine, nothing has broken, deflated or anything of the sort. It has held up great. It took a little bit to get comfortable and balanced on it but after I did, the workouts were intense and fun. A fast heart rate increase. You also have the ability of easily increasing your resistance to, which I love. I can already feel a different. The only major downfall would be that its pretty loud but that's easily drowned out by my ipod. I would, and already have, recommened this product to anyone. Love it!

This product was my first to purchase from an infomorcial and I learned my lesson. It is the biggest piece of junk. As soon I as I step on it the air bellows deflate. I have been trying to return this product since March 15 and I keep getting the run around. I would not recommend this product to anyone!

i love the airclimber it came in 3 weeks and the air bellows work fine. the videos i use for motivation but i really just got this for the cardio and ab workouts so i am not using it with the resistance band very much. next time i go grocery shopping im going to try the 1000 calorie meal plan, and see if that doesnt help me drop lbs. ill check back in a month and let you know if i did lose any weight.

The quality of this product is poor and hardly offers any workout at all. I felt the DVD was an OK aerobic 20 minute excercise but you don't need the airstepper to do this. I am returning it even if I have to pay for return shipping costs because I know I won't use it again. As said before, don't waste your money on this one!

The airclimber is an awful product! I wasted 99+ dollars! Poorly made, it deflates after stepping a few times, and if you want to keep it going you have to constantly step off and inflate it over, and over, and over...you get the picture. Horrible, it doesn't even provide 3 minutes worth of exercise. I could barely afford this as it was, and now I feel worse cause I know I've been conned out of my money!

I've had my airclimber for a little bit over a month and i LOVE it! It was very easy to use and no assembly was required. After only 2 weeks (and healthier eating) i saw immediate results. What i love most is Brenda Dygraf, she's so good at motivating you and pushing you that extra step. Of course there's a risk when ordering from an infommercial but mine came in 2 weeks and i had no problems PLUS i purchased the 6 year warranty just in case. Another great thing about the air climber is there are no confusing steps. The only thing i didn't like is the sound it makes when your pushing on it, it's a tad noisy but that's it, hope this helps any future buyers.

I just got done using my brand spanking new Air climber for the first and the last time. The first 21 minutes of my workout was great, after all I waited 6 weeks to get this piece of garbage, so one could only imagine the anticipation I was filled with. However, at the 21 minute mark the peddles stopped inflating. I called customer service and she told me to take the piece of garbage apart and make sure the hoses were attached... they were. She then told me she would send me a sticker in the mail to return it. Unlike other reviews, she told me I wont have to pay to ship it back, and if your smart enough to call the phone number on the booklet their are people to talk to. However, I paid over $100 for 21 minute workout and a return sticker. I guess I am the idiot for buying something off an infomercial!!!

the air climber is a big piece of junk. when i inflated the steps they kept deflating. there is no 800 number which should have been an eye opener to me. Also you have to pay 19.99 in order to return the cheap machine. i would tell anyone to never order this machine. i am trying to find the headquarters department so i can write a letter to them on how they rip people off and want to charge you for a useless machine. my opinion for anyone who orders on tv is to stay away!!!

I just recently ordered and received my airclimber. It is a plastic piece of equipment, which I actually love because it's makes it super easy to move around the house, to whatever room i want to exercise in or even outdoors. It is very sturdy plastic, and I have had no problems with the air bellows inflating, deflating or reinflating. I have had a wonderful experience with the equipment and would recommend it for anyone on the go and who doesn't want to be locked down with a heavy piece of equipment stuck in one room of your home. It's a hard workout and I'm seeing immediate results and health benefits. Its simple to operate and I had no problems with costumer service. It is a bit overpriced, but looking for a convenient piece of equipment that I will use often, and basically anywhere I want, it's worth every penny!

When I opened the box, small black plastic pieces came out. I later realized they were from the foot peddles, they had cracked and where falling apart. The whole thing is pretty much plastic, it looks really cheap and doesn’t look like it would last very long. The airclimber would fill up with air the first time, but once you stepped on it, it would not inflate again. I tried to call the Customer Service number (which is not toll free) and kept getting the message that “do to large call volumes I needed to call back later”. When I reached someone, she said to send it back and they would credit me once they received it. The warrantee states that “If Warranty service is necessary, the original purchase must pack the product securely and send it postage paid with a check or money order for $19.99 to cover return postage and handling.” Don't waste your time and money!
