I am 42 years old 5' 10" 200 lbs. Married and a father of 7 children ages 7-17. I am not in horrible shape and do not have any medical issues. I have owned the Ab Away Pro for 3weeks and 4days. My mid section problem ,It was to big and I had love handles (which my wife or myself did not love). I started to use this product after I had lost about 5 pound. I committed to do the program suggested in the manual. Its very simple,very fast. I do sets in the am when I get up and in pm before I go to bed. I am already noticing a flatter stomach (also seeing signs of 6pac abs. I'm at a 4pac right now) and my love handles are getting less noticeable. THE KEY IS TO USE IT.
